Carrera GO track Setup 1

I have several Carrera Go 1;43 cars and layouts but I can't get the Mario Karts sets(new) cars to work ..I can't figure for the life of me why they don't work,all my other non Mario type Carrea Go 1;43 cars work great.

Have you ever tried replacing the pinion gear on a GO car? I have a Disney/Pixar Ice Racer Francesco Bernoulli that is starting to lose a few teeth on the pinion gear. The car is still under warranty but would like to be able to fix the car.

I'm sorry but we won't have pinions as replacement parts. And if the pinion is warn out from use it would not be under warranty that's use, not a defect I'm sorry.
