Hmm suro Nipa. I'm glad I wasn't killed. A small boy I accommodated in my house cus I had moved into my other house . This guy stayed for one year free in my 3 bedroom
House . I needed my house n asked him to leave so I rent it out. He did illegal on my meters , stole my cylinder and other things and stopped answering my calls. I leave him for the gods in Accra. For doing good and paying me with evil . No help again in this Ghana .

It's not the justice system (because it only works after the harm has been caused)
It's about deep societal decay and greed, as well as failure to do proper background checks on people we let into our homes.
The justice system will not stop or reter someone from harming you.

the justice system because when people commit a crime they pay them small small moneys and their cases are not processed to court. If people know they can get away with murder they will continue committing murder.
