Waiting Time = {Turn Around Time - Burst Time}
Response Time = [(the time at which processor get CPU first time) - (Arrival Time)]
then according to your example of going to bank for deposit. the person arrive at 11. leave at 12. Burst time is 15 min. then
TAT = 12 - 11 = 1 = 60 minutes
WT = 60 -15 = 45 minutes
RT = 11:45 - 11 = 45 minutes
then what us difference between WT and RT. I am confused. Anyway again thank a lot
