Unfortunately, she didn't sanitize properly. She used the same wipe to clean both the top and bottom part of the chair which can easily spread any germs. She should have used new wipes for each part. But otherwise she's great!

It's not a bad video by any means. The female massage practitioner is practiced and knows what she is doing. However, while I understand y'all are exhibiting new massage practitioners at their actual work locations, all the heavy background noise of the goings on in the mall (shopping center) takes a lot away from the video. It's kinda hard to watch what should be a very tranquil & peaceful thing (getting a good chair massage) while there is so much background noise distraction in the video.
