Personally I don't think an invasion video with Sacred Relic is cringe. It's more like a "taste of their own medicine" kind of video, and that's satisfying as hell.
It's such a great weapon for a Dex/Faith build. Love the enhanced crit modifier too. When you use the art sparingly, it catches people off guard and kicks their ass. Much like Moonveil, it's a strong weapon in its own right, but people just spam the weapon art and forget about the rest.
I played with waves of gold for one invasion the other day. I think it was my last invasion for a while. I don't know why but using the cringe broke me and I gotta take a break from the ring to rethink my life
EldenDads wave of toxicity invasions I did this months ago In patch 1.08 I double buffed with jellyfish shied and the aow pretty much 1 shotted 😂. Stop by my channel drunk. I'm upgrading the mic soon
Question: I always see a lot of Invaders, and pvp matches in general, where they have a shield equipped but never use it, everybody just rolls. Is it a bad idea to shield attacks in PvP? Can't you counter an attack after blocking it for a guaranteed hit?
Counter attacks aren't a guaranteed hit, they a pretty slow and well telegraphed attack which most players have no trouble dodging. Blocking in pvp can also be dangerous because you can be easily guard broken and riposted if you are not careful.
@@SFSR6 If you are refering to small and medium shields I guess most PVP players will either use them for parrying attacks and spells (carian retaliation) and the ocassional strategic block. Another reason is that some shields provide buffs like increased stamina regen, increased status resistances or increased attack and defence on low health so you'll often see people carrying these shields in off hand or on the back even if they don't really use them for blocking or parrying. I also noticed that some people who are new to pvp carry shields in off hand without really using them for anything (or using them incorrectly and getting guard broken) because they are used to blocking with them in pve.
Or dual lightning naginatas, honestly very overlooked for the bleed version. I've got a pair that does 691ar a piece without buffs..and can get a solid 900+ out of them with buffs
@@davidfalloutbanditCan confirm. They were my earliest gank spanking weapons around launch. Lightning damage is pretty great in general. And with how much damage you’re getting from the spear talisman, you don’t even need the bleed.
@@Jeremy-ff7gv Maybe not for duels where everyone has the poise to really take advantage of hyper armor, but they’re still fine against the unoptimized pve players that represent the majority of invasion targets.

I agree. Drunk is bringing retribution on these gankers.
Maybe you're right lol
Totally agree, it was satisfying and fun. I would watch more
Reminds me of the good old days of ER arena when you’d have four different people spamming wave of piss at the same time
Exactly why you don't see arena videos on this channel lol
Finally, you become the abyss we all stared in.

Taunter's tongue
All the possible advantages he could need
Gets killed in 1 parry...
Pissenheimer right here and I didn't even have to buy tickets.
*pulls out notepad* *Adds name "Drunk Souls" to shit list*
I liked the part where he said "it's pissing time" and sprayed his stank all over the place
>I hate all this stuff
>Now let's go use it on people

Swarm of flies with a dex arc build is hilarious.
Nobody tell Drunk about the hash driveway!
Now you gotta take your Playstation to Mcdonalds, connect to their wifi and use this build.
It was the wing of astel, which I think is better then moonviel
"a blue flavored rhaddhan" dead
you know how to use the weapon unlike 98% of people
How do you manage to switch builds so much? Have endless larval tears?
Same as everyone, make a backup save before using a larval tear then reload the save when you want to use another one.
That RoB parry was so satisfying
No wonder i always got hit by elden beast’s wave of gold

I can understand when people are scared to fight. I personally wouldn't like to be invaded and teabagged on after I die an embarrassing death :/

The only thing that would be more cringe is wearing Rhadahn armor 😂
