This method has been instrumental in guiding my decisions. You, of course, have been one of the tier list creators upon whom I rely. I want to say thank you. I am particularly thankful at this moment, because it seems that creators are collectively losing steam on maintaining the monthly publishing cadence. You and Vega are the only two who continue to reliably publish each month. KT1 stopped in October, BMcG has fits and starts - there's just no consistency. And recently Khan Champion and Kingslayer have fallen off the wagon too. Thank you SO MUCH for doing this each month. I know it's a ton of work. My aggregation is a lot of work, and I know it's only a fraction of what's required to create a list, and record and edit a video. You are appreciated, Lagacy!!
I think sinister with recoils is still good as he can transfer the debuffs on his sp1 and he has willpower all the time with the bleeds so he heals the recoil damage too

A bit late to the comments section but wanted to add about Sersi that her regeneration is based on her sig level. At low signature levels she is not worth it, but if you have one that has already been duped a couple times she has high regen, unblockable specials, and can stack fury. Still wouldn't say she is the best at it, but maybe just under the top tier.

Mister Sinister is now 100% bleed resistance without needing horseman abilities. He also gains bleed debuff and heals through willpower. Note: as far I know poison cannot reduce his Regen anymore. I also believe his signature abilities are not working.

Just got a Negasonic and after testing her out she definitely belongs in the GOAT tier. She hard counters every champ in the skill class as well as having hella utility and hitting like a truck. Her playstyle is so simple and she requires no build up or special gimmicks and rotations for max damage output. Her flashy animations and evade charge also make her an annoying defender so she’s solid all around.
Sinister is insanely suicide friendly lags I ain’t gonna lie. I did a zone 25 incursions run with him and had no problem staying at full hp even with spamming specials hard.
Imo spot knull and wolf don't make it to goat tier esp spot...he lacks utility...a lot of it...just damage can't be enough for goat and his damage ain't even allat as a 7 star unless he's highish sig
Angela deserves to be in the titan tier. If your argument is she's bad defender then so is shang-chi. but he is in titan tier. Angela is one of the best dps in the game. Just give it a thought thats all I ask.
So… like Simula I pulled Sable 3 times. 3. She’s truly one of…the most underwhelming champs of…the last 10 years. Much less 2023/24. Very low utility. Useless to almost worse duped. Awful damage for short and medium BG/AW/questing. Much too hard to keep ramp for long fights and not worth it. Zero defense. Almost no utility. And IMO, more creepy than baddie, so whiff there also 😂 I truly hope no one of your followers pull her. She’s just….pointless. Low damage, low utility, low D… just completely totally no point in having her in game at all. Haven’t seen this in years and years and years
Crossbones, Shang Chi and Black Cat definitely all deserve to get brought up. They're all super relevant across the game especially Crossbones. Negasonic and Prowler are also in a good spot, and they can go up once more people get their hands on them once they get in the titan/Featured 6*
Bags really changed the way we look at champs. Someone like bullseye before BGs would be good but not goat. But with BG and War in mind the champs who can defend and attack get way better.
You heal back recoil damage so easily with sinister man, and it helps his damage SO MUCH. I usually run him with suicides and with apoc synergy and bro his degen is ticking for like 14k....
Shang chi: He has a ridiculous amount of utility and control over a fight not to mention the most bonkers damage. My 7r3 i just took into rol, no suicides, no boosts no synergies, built to sp2 as quick as i could (only got 8 charges) with sp2 and combos in what does it take to get to sp2 with him 15-20s? I did 310,353 damage.... and with what you said about him vs onslaught, hes such a monster for these types of fights he has so much cheese potential, i remember back in the day msd stunlocked eop peni parker with shang and i was able to replicate that for a solid min vs onslaught. But i solod onslaught with shang chi a different way. I dexed around for 7 mins until i had enough chi charges to one shot him, meaning i didnt have to worry about dexing his sp1s all the time and all the other bs that comes so yes, he should definitely be goat tier. Nimrod: My nimrod is 6r5a and he still absolutely nukes all mutants in bg or war or story anything, in the act 9 beta the 1m+ health weapon x was dead in about 90 seconds. One thing about nimrod i think is slept on is hes such an annoying defender, power lock, power drain, unstoppable, unblockable specials and hes very tanky. I think with nimrod people just think oh yeah nimrod sp2 and fight over but he has so much utlity as well. Adam: I used to be in the same boat with adam warlock but i found one little trick that really helped me, if you think you're about to lose your ramp, use the double tap block to put yourself in the pod and that saves it. Adam is a nuke and a good defender, hes so versatile and can take such a wide variety of fights, i did a 7r3 domino with him in about 40s one time
The Warlock disrespect is real smh .. crit stat makes him crit more, can’t crit him with SPs with an armor break, Bullseye counter, Kate can’t nuke him, most champs will take damage who aren’t power drain immune, aggressive defensive AI, cmon man !
I used a 7*r1 sig 20 Ant-Man to solo the Spring of Sorrow Onslaught fairly easily, and I'm not particularly skilled. He is a great option for long fights and definitely deserves the promotion.

Hey lags, I know that synergies are a little outdated, but some champions go crazy with certain synergies, e.g. agent venom. So a Icon for synergies could work.

Have NTW R3 duped. Shes owns lane 7 in AW. Gets banned about 40% of the time in BGs. I draft her early so they don’t draft crappy skill champs. I’d say she is better than Nightcrawler, maybe not as powerful as Kitty but great utility. She will move up over time.
Honestly you should separate the daredevils from being the same. They are widely different. Also make daredevil HK old god teir cause he can do some wild things. Make daredevil classic/OG trash tier because he has absolutely nothing going for him
Shang-chi is definitely worthy of Goat tier! I maxed him out and ascended him as a six star. He is effective gets the job done and his play style is simple
Honestly I think we should take a look at Cap IW as a 7 star. Obviously he needs high sig but if you are fortunate enough to get a high sig 7 star then the damage would be off the charts. The only thing he still doesn't have going for him is his lower defensive prowess but his offense is so good that I think Titan tier is possible
@andreigiorgi3338 The damage doesn't but the percentages of how likely he can do any of these things is increased. And the ability with cosmic champs increases how potent his armor breaks are. But, from experience, it should increase his damage on his fury buffs activated when using his heavy. And his special 2 crits should only get better with the added stat focus on crits.
I would say that Nimrod deserves to be in the Goat tier because he is still increadibly useful espcially against Bulleye. But I understand why he is in TIitan tier. Lately is feels like Kabam have had a hate bonner for Nimrod for some reason.
OG Storm should be in Titan tier. She’s the only one in her current category that can do Necropolis paths and she’s a lot stressful to play than sunspot. Not to mention she has the high damage ceiling in the game next to CGR per Kabam
Big Shang Chi fan here. I would have him higher based on dps and ease of use alone. Great for progression and honestly wins me a ton of fights in BG. Obviously not as a defender which is where his weakness lies. Given his defender weakness I can see titan tier but he would be in my goat tier personally.
I’m here again to beg and plead for Invisible Woman to be promoted to mid tier. I know her inability to block is insanely bad but with recoils her healing and damage output is extremely useful. She’s so tanky and can easily heal block with despair. I used her for that difficult Absorbing Man fight for Winter of Woe and she was incredible for it. I also use her everyday in AQ and she consistently does entire lanes while finishing with full health. A lot of endgame content you don’t want to block a lot anyways so I generally think that if the opponent has easy to dex specials she can be very good.
You have relics next to champions but I've looked at infographics and half of them just show all class relics for each champion.obviously your list hints at specific relics. Is there a video or post anywhere that lists champions that excel with a relic and just tells you the one its best with?I was trying to work out the best striker for dr doom but all I can find are posts that say he can be used with all 3mystic relics
The only good thing I can say about silver sable is her passive disorient on heavy. -100% defensive aar against science. If they buff her damage she has the potential to be really good.

I’m here again to beg and plead for Invisible Woman to be promoted to mid tier. I know her inability to block is insanely bad but with recoils her healing and damage output is extremely useful. She’s so tanky and can easily heal block with despair. I used her for that difficult Absorbing Man fight for Winter of Woe and she was incredible for it. I also use her everyday in AQ and she consistently does entire lanes while finishing with full health. A lot of endgame content you don’t want to block a lot anyways so I generally think that if the opponent has easy to dex specials she can be very good.

You have relics next to champions but I've looked at infographics and half of them just show all class relics for each champion.obviously your list hints at specific relics. Is there a video or post anywhere that lists champions that excel with a relic and just tells you the one its best with?I was trying to work out the best striker for dr doom but all I can find are posts that say he can be used with all 3mystic relics

The only good thing I can say about silver sable is her passive disorient on heavy. -100% defensive aar against science. If they buff her damage she has the potential to be really good.
Kp doesn’t deserve that spot. Cbones and mantis have been way more relevant this year.
