He plays almost every day to me, to show me his progress and ask what I think. I am so proud. Kurt I salute you where ever you are now.

Being a black dude whos a MC and loves real hip hop I can say there's was just something special about Kurt. Idk what it was but his music his look his energy hooked me from day 1. He opened the doors for me to groups like Primus, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, blink 182, green day, etc... Kurt was def a dying bread no pun intended. I liked this a lot more than Smells Like Teen Spirit. This really showed off what Kurt was capable of in terms of songwriting. Incredible melody. There's something soulful about it, but something sinister about it too that I really like
You nailed it... When I saw this video when it first came out I too was mesmerized but there was a chill to it too. I told my friend who was with me at the time that something was going to happen. I said that either something great was going to happen with Cobain or we'd see him dead inside a month. I still don't know what it was about that video 😒
