I did join a gym this week. Lost husband of 51 years in May, working my way through grief and making a new start. Talking to his best friend who lost his partner 3 years ago and becoming more attached every day. A bit of distance is the only obstacle.

When I was a kid I a had one of those fisher price turtles that you would pull behind when you walked it was on a sting and idk if anyone remembers those but I called it Cecil and took it everywhere with me. Maybe that could be a good name for your turtle 🐢

Yes, Paul. My partner always brings out the best in me. Yes, my Godmother Rose used to always have peppermint in her home. She kept peppermints in her purse. Wow!! Paul, Thank you. She passed away from covid complications in 2021. We were very close to one another and always will because her spirit and memories still lives on.
It is so worth the lifetime commitment to my partner. I wouldn't have it any other way. Of course things aren't always going to be easy. No relationship is perfect there will be storms somedays and the sunny days we will both cherish it all together. Yes, I like Emerald's phrase as well. I am ready to kick it up a knock, Paul.
I would replace that dessert with some type of healthy organic avocado or blueberry fruit smoothie that does not contain any dairy, gluten, or etc.. Or I would eat an organic avocado or organic blueberries as a dessert. That dessert would be because I want to add more nutrient dense food to my body. No sugar, no cake, no candy, no ice cream, dairy, or gluten for me, Paul.
Yes. I have always like weight training. Although, I would rather weight train at home with dumbbells or a kettle bell. My partner used to life kettle bells. Kettle Bells would be just as affective. When I was on the track team I was squatting 185 pounds free weight at the height of 5 feet and 3/4 of an inch. Of course I haven't grown any since then. 🤣 But I really enjoyed doing weight training and running every day.
Yes, Paul. Relaxing is something that I must put into practice. I had tried that today by going to be and watching Netflix but before I knew it, I was out like a light. I had slept so good and I felt so much better after resting. Thank you so much for your advice. I also need to purchase more books especially of my new discovery of me having Bipolar disorder. I no almost nothing about it but it would be good to read books of those who have had success in managing their condition and getting tips from them. I am interested in reading more success stories of those who have overcome diabetes's, and other chronic and autoimmune diseases. I know of someone that has recently written a book. I am very proud of this young lady and I've got to purchase her book and read it. This young lady is an inspiration to us all.
