What I find most useful about these clips is the ability to immerse myself in the race, & visualize & feel the natural rhythm of the pace to program my mind to run this fast, but relaxed & rhythmic pace. What many people don't realize is that once you get past being a beginner, most of running is training while training your mind to run faster, farther & more relaxed. It's just practice, practice, practice.... stringing together the "blocks" of fast segments while learning to push farther & deeper through the pain cave 😢 🙋💈✌️🙏
Excellent career. I was also running in the competition, but obviously much further back. My time was 17:28. I hope one day to achieve those rhythms that you manage. Thank you for the video.
I didn't even realize I was holding my breath in anticipation until you crossed the finish line, and it made ME feel out of breath just watching 😂 Nice work
Awesome race! Watching your video, I was super impressed not only by your performance but also by how smooth and jitter-free the footage was. Could you share what settings you used with the GO 3S? Thanks and keep up the awesome content!
Great video! I’m curious-how can I achieve this level of race footage using a GoPro Hero 9? I’d love to include similar telemetry visuals on my videos too. I edit with Final Cut Pro X and sometimes Adobe Premiere but don’t own an Insta360 😢. I got a chest mount. Any tips on setup, accessories, or software would be amazing! Also, could you consider making a video breaking down your process? That would be super helpful!
I use my Garmin GPS watch which has a HR sensor built in. I use the data (which includes pace, HR, distance, etc) from the watch to display on the video using a desktop app called Telemetry Overlay. Thanks for watching!
Awesome race man! That lead pack went off at the 2 mile mark
Yeah I was maxed out and they just took off lol

I ran the 10k at this turkey trot. I just started getting back into running. Great job. Very inspiring.
Incredible man
Tough last mile lol.. you guys went out fast!
Yeah they made a move with one mile to go and I couldn't cover and got dropped lol.
can barely get myself a sub 20 after my injury in January. Good pace, and keep up the grind
I didn't even realize I was holding my breath in anticipation until you crossed the finish line, and it made ME feel out of breath just watching 😂 Nice work

1080p/30 fps; stabilization on high; FOV of Action. Went with 1080 for better battery life. Thanks for watching!!
I'm not that fast, but I love how quiet the front of the race feels. I only get this feeling when I run smaller shorter distance races.
Not me running an all out 16:48 for my thanksgiving race😭✋
Solid!
1st km about 2:41 that's fast!
The California state champ can still move freakin fast!!!
Yep! Thanks for watching!!
The road just looks smooth. I could have flied there.
man Youre fast fast!
Thank you!

Congratulations my friend. how to insert data into video? pls
Bro, you're 39 and running these times?!!!
Wow your so fast
Awesome race! How did you mount your insta?
What technology are you using to record and show your statistics (pace, HR, gradient, etc.).
I use my Garmin GPS watch which has a HR sensor built in. I use the data (which includes pace, HR, distance, etc) from the watch to display on the video using a desktop app called Telemetry Overlay. Thanks for watching!
So cool. How do you do the overlay. I love it!
Garmin data synched using Telemetry Overlay.
pace?
Of the 1,000 races in the country that morning, you know what the % of them your finish time would’ve broken the tape w/..?! Oh, man!
Im hoping you to put km
Sorry! I'm in the US!
How do you get all the overlays?
Telemetry Overlay with data from my Garmin GPS watch.
How fast do you think you were going the entire time? I'm thinking maybe 10 15 mph.
4:39 pace would be JUST under 13 mph
Average guy wouldn’t be able to run that on treadmill for 1 minute, this is super fast
Why is it in miles 😫😫 Lol. Congrats!
Thanks for watching! Sorry I'm US based.
