Muchísimas gracias. 1. De camino a la entrevista, se encontró el peor día.. cuando salíó estaba lloviendo a cántaros, se empapó completamente, perdió el autobús y llegó tarde a la entrevista. 2.Después de la entrevista, se sintió deprimido y estaba de mal humor. 3. Lo que lo sorprendió al final del día resultó que la mujer le informo que había pasado la entrevista y le contrataron.
Visualizing the story as it progresses helps reinforce new vocabulary and phrases. I just finished watching an interview with a Linguistics professor saying this is THE best method to learn a new language (but starting off at level you’re familiar with at least 80% of the content). Very well done.
Great lesson. You should create a Quizlet list of all or most of the words in each story to study along with the story. It had a lot of new words to me.
Nice short story. I've only been learning Spanish for 6 months so some of the words look familiar but they haven't quite 'stuck' yet. I've already learnt a language as an adult, so I know that it's just a matter of time.
This was great! The story was realistic to someone having a really bad day but happily turning out fantastic. If I was the guy, I would ask the girl out and hope she would marry me for the greatest continued story ❤ I need to make my own list of new words because yours were easy ones but there are some phrases new to me and that’s fantastic, thanks so much. 😊
Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad my videos are helping you increase your vocabulary. Stay tuned. There may be a sequel to this story with a new storyline. Do you think it's worth it to make stories with the character and continue his adventures?
I think it would be great for there to be a 'sequel', i'd never thought about that. The stories all tend to be quite 'nice', maybe stretching the reality of how nice adult life and the real world can be, but that's what's great about them. Particularly with the soft music in the background, they take you to a much nicer place - and teach you Spanish at the same time! Please keep going, your channel will blow up and snowball, guaranteed. @@ListenESSpanish

these are great! Thank you. Do you have ones for B1-B2 level also?
I feel that it will be better to prepare listeners with hard words and phrases first, not last.

At 7:36 the caption says "equipuera" instead of "equivocada".Great story though!
How can i get all the stories in pdf?
Love your stories. We need a good positive gay professional story soon!
¡Muchas gracias, amigo! Feliz Navidad.
Yo pensé esta historia era sobre Doctor Who con David Tennent.
We need more time to repeat the spanish
I agree. For the longer sentences I didn't have enough time to repeat the Spanish sentences before the sentences were told in English
I agree, especially where the longer and more complicated sentences are concerned
At 7:36 the text uses equipuera. Shouldn't this be equivocada?
equivocada not equipuera . Wrong translation . However it's a good a video . Muchas gracias
Is there an error?
The script says ' equipera' re the taxi, but shouldn't it be equivocado?
I wondered about that, too. The voiceover says equivocado. Kind of ironic now that I think about it.
7:36 The word for 'incorrect' should be spelled as ' equivocada' not 'equipuera'
My spouse has his C-levels and feels some of tehse are more B1 than A level. Just letting you know his opinion.
The story was about one man, but on the pictures there were probably 10 different ones. How comes?)
Wait, how did he pay for his taxi if he lost his wallet in the first taxi, in which he gave up his seat to the girl?
His new boss look like she is 12 years old :)
Sentí lástima por el joven. Quería llorar. Era tan guapo y la mujer era tan hermosa. Ellos necesitan casarse. (Yo sé. Soy un romántico.)
Llevo in this video is pronounced Jeh-vo. with J like jar, jungle, joke etc
isn't Llevo pronounced Yeh-vo ?
the story is to fast 😢i can't seem to keep up

The story is not for beginners. A beginner does not need this vocabulary. This is for the very advanced and it is depressing.
I think it’s great for beginners! I’m barely an A2 and I understood a lot of it!
Why don't you use the same boy throughout the story?
Lol. How are these short stories for beginners!!
