I have emailed you with a question and still no response. I purchase this item and received it two days ago from Amazon, the screws were missing for the Saddle and rear basket. I do not want to return the item for a replacement or refund as I have already assembled it. I just need the dimensions of the screws to purchase at a hardware store.

I can't get the rear beam to slot inside the main beam. They both seem to be the same width

@@kriddo_official same issue here i received the bike yesterday and just now while installing it wont click.
The top of the instruction video is cut off, so it's hard to make out the entire assembly. Horrible video angle.
