Man this is a problem with half of the North Indian youtubers. Check out Kripal Amana from food lovers TV & you will realise how much these guys are missing. Another irritating one is dilse foodie rather than going in the details of the food they all are more concerned about other things. Anubhav Sapra of the Delhi food walks is the saving grace

I recently tried to chaggani kachori when I went to kolkata, my friend was crazy , so we tried it in our kolkata trip , I didn't find his kachori very tasty .. it was too oily , sabzi was also wasn't exciting ... tiwari brothers store nearby had better taste according to me ... though I really people gather at chaggani store. Jalebi were a bit sour in taste , it felt like batter was not fresh .
Jalebis should be a little sour that's authentic. Usually ppl keep the dough overnight. But unfortunately ppl in different parts of the country make it fresh. Which isn't the actual taste. But that's how it is. I m not a fan boy of this stall or never have I eaten from it. I am just telling you what's authentic.

Oil price went up from 100 to 200. Food vloggers really didn't do anything for him which is why he doesn't give a damn to food vloggers. His shop is already quite famous. It has always been for the past 40 years.
