For the guy at the movie studio, you gave him the wrong charges, he should have been arrested on Trespassing, Attempted Vehicle Theft, and Resisting arrest

The suspect was asked to leave but didn't therefore, he is now in violation of PC 602(L)(1): Trespassing and by the way, there does not need to be any damage to property to meet the standards for trespassing, just a refusal to leave
