However, I'm not, nor have I ever desired to be a videographer, lol, which is why I've decided to continue working towards my doctoral degree in education! I have gotten a couple of heads up from different viewers on how to make the videos a bit better though...My hope is that viewers are attentive to the message in the music, rather than the video itself, thus Glorify GOD! gospel music,being a chancel Musician at a southern black folk church is sometimes too much like homework. people driving listening to the latest in soul cleansing jazzy type contemporary music is quite common. for over 28yrs this has occupied my Sundays,a goodly number of Saturdays and frequent weekdays. since we're employees we do funerals. ive played at practically every facility one can imagine a small ensemble going. including a chicken/waffles joint,and a straight up Club as the featured act during a Masonic Concern with their Eastern Stars. It ain't easy work. any and every 'tude doth swing during rehearsal. vile nastiness directed at each other sometimes the rhythm section( that's the part that includes only musicians). none the less they say like a bad sore on the side,why do you pick on it if you know it hurts or like any relationship as bad as it may be at times,there's something about it that keeps you their. G-D's music is the basis for all modern music. if you're in the US or 80% of the world. if your not. either way it's the same. study, rehearse, perform. if you can survive the intrigue, back biting,moodiness and sheer Joy a proper chior or the deep One-ness one feels with a hymn that's cooking right good,the you can work with any one. you'll probably come back. the calibre and degree of skill in church music is as good if not better then secular quarter. after all that where they came from. well it's off to rehearse. all ways a new song to learn. the little Walker fellow's material keeps us musicians honed sharp. thank you Uploader
