That’s my favorite pistol, after shooting Glocks almost 20 years the p10c is everything the Glock should have evolved to. The reason it didn’t take off in sales is the Shawn Ryan review and he clearly had a broken pistol, almost 3k rounds through my personal p10c and I’m absolutely sold on them, I’m excited to see a new generation when it comes out
It actually did have flaws when it first release though. The slide release and magazine release left a lot to be desired. Another issue is that it's basically impossible to buy factory replacement parts and springs. Most people like to have spare parts.
I've owned one for years, and totally agree -- it's excellent. My theory on why it didn't "take off" in the aftermarket is because it simply didn't NEED anything to be replaced. I guess the demand wasn't there.
After selling my CZ p10C 2 years ago, I instantly regretted it. I’m glad that I recently found a P10C on a deal early in the year. I fell back in love with this gun. On top of that I just bought an optic ready CZ P10S this weekend. This has been my favorite EDC this year. Hell yeah, this gun is still relevant in 2024. I like it better than my Canik & Glock actually. Still one of the best triggers out the box, the ergonomics, it feels and shoots great.
Can't believe you said, "Is the CZ P10 still relevant"? Hell yes it's still relevant & shooters are getting rid of their glock 19 for a CZ P10C!! GRAB-A-GUN has them for about $339!
Picked mine up for ~$335 in July 2023...wow....am VERY pleased with the quality. Shoots like a $500 pistol...great quality. Fits my Glock 19 holster, too! Another saving!
I've got the Gen 1 (full ambi mag release) and i dropped the killer innovations slide, HBI trigger and a 507 on the top. I've had it since it first came out and p have several thousand rounds through it. For my hands and money you can't beat it. My wife liked it so much she made me get her one of her own.
These are way better than a Taurus hands down. Yes, I bought a P10C and P10S in 2024. Been a CZ fan for many years with the P07 and P09 being my top choices. However, the prices on the P10 is great right now, so grabbed a couple.
How is the P10S to shoot? Toying between the two models and only swaying more to the P10S for concealability as it wouldn't be used for sports shooting but just for self-defense/EDC
I have one and been carrying it for about 4 years . Very reliable and accurate. I have you comp and I installed the Apex trigger which makes a world of difference. Also installed the apex extended slide stop. I trust this gun
My CZ P-10C is also reliable. I think you ought to have mentioned that when you slam a new mag in with the slide open, the gun is designed to chamber a round. It’s a great feature that works well and looks cool as hell.
I recently picked up a P10C on July 4th weekend sale at an FFL and gun range. After owning this gun for a couple of weeks, I love it so much, I went back and bought two of them. It's a very comfortable handgun, and I really love the ergonomics I have the optics ready model and I will be putting a Holosun eps carry on my CZ P10C. In conclusion, it's just a great handgun.
My P10C is relevant enough for me to entrust it to protect my family as my home defense firearm. The trigger, recoil, weight, grip, and size is also perfect for my wife to use if she ever had too as well. It's a fantastic option.
my edc for years now. Switch from my HK VP9 to try it out and just never went back. ZERO failure of any kind and absolutely runs ever, single, time. Might swap to the new S&W Comp Carry Metal if it proves out, but will still rotate with the CZ.
Love the P-10, it’s like my personal Glock. The first gun I bought, and it’s the one I keep coming back to because I trust it the most and it’s the most effortless to use for me. Super easy to run fast with how it snaps back onto the target under recoil
CZ P10-C is perfect to be carried, but I'll buy the P-10F (full size), cause I'll never carry it, just to shoot in shooting range. In France (and in most of the countries), civilians are not allowed to carry their handgun (just to go to their shooting club, of course). With a longer barrel, I am more comfortable to shoot 15, 20, or 25 meters.
P10C has been underrated for a very long time. This platform could dominate competitive shooting events but unfortunately, the S2 takes that cake. It’s a superb platform!
Saw one for $338 prior to transfer. Insane value. Best grip and trigger out of the box for striker fired. Trigger guard is squared so if you like to press your finger into the guard it doesn’t slip forward like M&P.
I love mine and have been carrying it for over 5 years. Plus since the price drop about a year or so ago I found a optics ready model that was cheaper than purchasing a aftermarket optics cut slide.
First pistol was a p10c. Second was a p07 and third was a sig 365 legion. P10c still my favorite and idk why i keep wasting money. My p10c was on sale for 380 dollars too
I blacked out the rear of the normal sights (non-OR version). Easily my favorite striker fired gun, and blows away the glock. I also recommend the large backstrap for large hands. Really engages the hand.
You can get an OR P10C for under $400. I didn't like the OEM trigger safety. Switched that out with a HBI, threw on a Hogue grip, a True Precision threaded barrel, and I'm good to go. Great pick up. You won't regret it.
1:37 I see an HB Industries trigger. I have an HBI trigger in my 10F & 10C Tactical. My 10C (non optic ready) is all stock. I sent out my 10F to get cut for a 509T to Jager Works. My Tactical has a Norsso Reptilian slide so I can mount an optic.
Great video love my P10C was same as yours , running killer innovations parts now barrel ,comp and mag well I used a CZ optic ready P10F slide . Again great video thanks for the P10 love
My EDC is a CZ P10S for almost 2 years now. Only thing I wish CZ would do is bring a 3rd gen out that replaces the spiral pins with push pins. Other than that, it's an awesome Sub Compact that shoots like a Duty compact pistol if you use plus 2 OEM base plates.
Greetings from Switzerland. Purchased a P-10C in January and I felt in love with it immediately ‘cause of the ergos, trigger and flat shooting. Just ordered an HBI and a Tomas Zendl trigger kit . And I am in the market for an comp. Which one do you recommend and why?
I have this compensator in my shopping cart right now. I'm also having to purchase a threaded barrel. True precision is what I landed on. Are those decent barrels as a comp host????
I have every P10's made. Love them all. I ordered an optics ready slide for one of my P10C's for $150 direct from CZ on 5/31/2024. It's 6/15/2024 and still do not have it. Emailed them and have heard nothing. Guess their customer service department was canned when they were bought by Colt. Still love the CZ but really worried about Colt owning them now. Anyone else having any issues with CZ customer service?
As a Glock shooter, the CZ is probably one of the best "bang for you buck" out of the box pistols. You can regularly find these models sub $300 used and $400 new.
My only concern is that I keep hearing people say they have reliability issues. Like drop safety, not working, and stykers breaking. To carry a gun with issues to protect my family and myself seems to me like a bad choice. Now. I'm not a fan boy of any specific brand. I like glock's reliability, but I hate the grip angle( personal preference). I love the grip angle on my M&P 2.0 3.6, but I had to send mine back to S&W because the slide was showing rust spots on the finish. So I'm waiting to hear back from smith. Depending on their response, I could buy another m&p. (Besides the rust issue, with mine, they are pretty reliable). The thing with CZs is 50 percent of people I know tell me they are as reliable as glocks, and the other 50% tell me they are not as reliable. And to be honest, it's hard to find a straight answer on youtube. Some people will tell you that they are great because they are fans. Others will tell you they are horrible because they are haters. Then, you also find reviewers that claim honesty, but they have relationships with gun manufacturers. And finally, you got those who will tell you that the gun is reliable, but then you look at their gun and literally looks brand new. ( ohhh, this gun is super reliable, and I've been carrying it for a month. Not even a holster mark on the gun, and then you find out they only put 200 rounds through the thing, but they are sure the guns are reliable. It's so hard to find honest people nowadays. (I'm not pointing fingers) A gun for self-defense has to be accurate, reliable, and somewhat comfortable. Enough of my rant. I'm just looking to buy another one, so I'm not without one while mine gets repaired. (My other one is a Beretta M9. (That thing is massive, lol tried to conceal that thing is hard) I use it for home defense.
The CZ P10 series is superb!!! The price points are great! CZ P10 critics are usually the militant fanatical diehard Glock loyalists who see Glock as "the one and only"... Not me. *I evolved!* 😎
The P10C is a really solid gun. I’ve seen non optic ready models going for less than $340 lately, (usually a sale price). Ergos, trigger, I think are better than a stock Glock, (and I’ve been on the Glock platform for 25 years). A few things hurt the P10C when they came out in early 2017. 1.) Overhype. They were the next “Glock Killer.” You saw it on all of the magazine articles, and TH-cam vids back then. A little more subtlety like S&W did with the M&P 2.0 Compact, marketed as an alternative, (and a REALLY good one at that) 2.) On the tail of the overhype, the initial ambi magazine release SUCKED. This was NOT just a rare one of kind of thing either. It was TERRIBLE! CZ listened and by mid to late 2018, the “Gen2” was offered with a reversible mag release that worked just fine. 3.) Failure to aggressively market to the police pistol market. The P10C , and their polymer framed DA/SA P-07 should have been more aggressively marketed to LE. CZ wasn’t going to unseat Glock, but by 2024 they should have been able to cut themselves a nice piece of the U.S. market share. 4.) Aftermarket support, as already mentioned. By nearly every metric the P10C, (and the S&W M&P 2.0 Compact), are better guns than a stock Glock 19’. And that again is coming from someone very loyal to the Glock platform, ( and I upgraded to Shadow Systems two years ago, not wanting to wait for a “Gen6” Glock upgrade).😎✌️
I get it about aftermarket support, but the CZ is good out of the box it does not need a better trigger or sights, the only thing to me that needs to be better is the grip texture. Glock people, not all, but most will buy a 19 for around 600 and put another 600 in it, just to be happy with the firearm. CZ P-10C all day. The question is, Why buy a Glock?
Hit my first 1k with zero malfunctions due to the operation of the p10c however because it has a steep feed ramp it doesn't like polymer tipped defense rounds
Who makes a good holster for the P10c with the TLR 1HL?? I CANNOT find one. They either have the TLR 7 and some shitty Olight or no light bearing options.
I already own one, Optics Ready. This one is the only one of my 6 guns so far that had absolutely no issues straight out of the box, not even the wear-in period. Nothing. Fully functional from the start. Shoots much like your standard compact-sized 9mm striker-fired polymer handgun, but it really sits comfortably in the hand and the trigger pull is just nice and predictable. For me it is really easy to get familiar and efficient with this gun. The only downsides would be that it doesn't use Glock mags and is a bit on a heavy side. Other than that? None. Great gun.
I bought my CZ P10 F a couple of years ago and I love it. I tuck it into bed at night right next to my AR15s... Okay, I'm joking. But I LOVE this handgun. The ergonomics, the precise engineering... It's just beautiful.
That’s my favorite pistol, after shooting Glocks almost 20 years the p10c is everything the Glock should have evolved to. I’ve had mine for a couple of years and it’s one of the best purchases I made. Awesome gun.
I’ve got the 10 F then bought the C, have them since 2020 and literally 0 malfunction
Actually there’re aftermarket items to make it even better, Trigger: HBI, Magwell: CZ custom, SIghts: front suppressor tritium night sights: Dawson Precision, Extended Slide Release: *Apex Tactical CZ-P10 Ambidextrous Extended Slide Release, Threaded Barrel: Killer Innovation, Compensator: Harrington, extended magazine basepads: CZ custom, Guide Rod: Primary Machine Fluted Stainless Steel Guide
Thank you! I feel like that line is “copy paste.” No one looks at the aftermarket before they say it.
@@goadventuregoexplore8588 these upgrades what I’ve got on mine and I’m into making my handguns more easier to shoot and manipulate
Killer Innovations has a comp, mag well and several other parts too
I've owned one for years, and totally agree -- it's excellent. My theory on why it didn't "take off" in the aftermarket is because it simply didn't NEED anything to be replaced. I guess the demand wasn't there.
Exactly! You can't fix something thatvit isn't broken.

This is a $600 firearm, that’s better than other $600 firearms, that’s nearly half the price now. I’m not sure how this is still an argument anymore.

$300-$400 for a gun that could justifiably be in the $600 range - yes, it's definitely relevant
I have one and been carrying it for about 4 years . Very reliable and accurate. I have you comp and I installed the Apex trigger which makes a world of difference. Also installed the apex extended slide stop. I trust this gun

I wish I had found out about this gun before I bought a Glock…
CZ stole the shape of the Five Seven. Mag release from the Glock. Grip texture of an FN.
Great video! Very informative and now I need to consider it for my first pistol 😂

Good video, but the aftermarket has everything for the P10.
Most of the time you don’t need to actuate the slide release as the P-10 will close with magazine insertion, at least my Czech guns do.
Gen 1 was the best. But the women said it was too aggressive and the mag release was hard to use. So they changed stuff. So annoying. I love mine
The CZ P10 series is superb!!! The price points are great! CZ P10 critics are usually the militant fanatical diehard Glock loyalists who see Glock as "the one and only"... Not me. *I evolved!* 😎
I’m looking to buy full size version pretty soon, especially since the prices have gone down drastically
Got the F for home defense. Getting the C for winter carry rotation, along with a Glock 19 and Hellcat Pro. Why?
I just like guns.
The P10C is a really solid gun. I’ve seen non optic ready models going for less than $340 lately, (usually a sale price). Ergos, trigger, I think are better than a stock Glock, (and I’ve been on the Glock platform for 25 years).

CZ should fire whoever is in charge of marketing.....
Why? Not good enough
Although whoever thought releasing a single stack a hear after P365 and the Hellcat came out....
I get it about aftermarket support, but the CZ is good out of the box it does not need a better trigger or sights, the only thing to me that needs to be better is the grip texture. In Brazil it costs $ 3.000,00 dollars
Hit my first 1k with zero malfunctions due to the operation of the p10c however because it has a steep feed ramp it doesn't like polymer tipped defense rounds
Oh really? I'm going to try 2 kinds tomorrow. What does it jam with them you say? This is exactly why I like to test losts of ammo types
P10F yes , P10C no. Apparently (supposedly) changes are coming to the P10 line
Such as?
I have a P-10F and P-10C, factory iron slide and Norsso aftermarket dot, no irons slide.
I want a second P-10c frame.
I'm interested in that exact setup but with the optic
Yes! Because it’s built better than a modern Glock
Who makes a good holster for the P10c with the TLR 1HL?? I CANNOT find one. They either have the TLR 7 and some shitty Olight or no light bearing options.
Wish the grips were bigger. P07 had a better grip, p10 feels smaller. Makes me dislike it over my p07.
Im still waiting for more p10c comps to appear.
My girlfriend had a low bore axis...
Is the gen 2 still coming out this year?
Is it normal that the slide stop lever has to be operated so extremely tightly!?
what suppresser you are using
I had one, miss it but at the same time eh.
how does it compare with the Canik?
Canik? 😂
So it does fit the P-10C or F OR SR? Because your website says it “does not fit the new P10 SR”. So I’m a little confused.
$485 for the P10 and not optics ready? They’re under $400 with the optic cut on PSA’s site and cheaper on Grab A Gun.
@Herrington Arms will this comp fit the P10F OR SR?
will you guys make a magwell for the cz p10c at all?
I'm about one. This or p10f?
yes i would :)

I bought my CZ P10 F a couple of years ago and I love it. I tuck it into bed at night right next to my AR15s... Okay, I'm joking. But I LOVE this handgun. The ergonomics, the precise engineering... It's just beautiful.
Why would it not be relavant last i checked it still shoots bullets. Good enough for me
Just bought the F. Awesome!,
My fav striker fired gun I own. And you can get them for under 400 bucks now.
