@@pocketdogs if someone invites you to a raid and it’s full but you can get into another one, without them being there - that’s pretty much a backdoor into where they’re raid is. Not click bait. Just an observation
@ it’s the exact same scenario as an in person raid that hits 20. Observation for sure, but “Backdoor” and “trick” is extremely clickbait to something built into the game
@ eh so, listen, before if someone invited you to a remote raid and it was full, could you do it? If the answer is “no” which it is, then using this new feature to go in a “back door” is a trick and an awesome one at that. If you were living in a rural area and had a pass, were invited and it was full that would be it. Now you can jump in as their raid is ending if you go to the friends list. I fail to see how you are not getting that that is indeed a trick!

The trick is working and I've done it, but do take note, if you pogo app crash/restarted mid-raid, you will have no chance to encounter whatsoever. Atleast that what happened to me and some of my friends.

it may be abit useless since most of the time you can just join them in the raid and need not worry about having no army
I found it useful twice in the space of 5mins as both lobbies were full. It’s just useful to know 👊

I agree, its not a backdoor. Backdoor could be when you illegally join to someone, but you literally have a agree in settings for that
