In case of talent, I've been into kpop for nearly 9 years and I have not seen much artists in kpop industry who is DAT GREAT on BOTH Vocal and Rap.
I know many idols now can do both (even my ult bias too, can rap and sing) but Cho Seungyeon is one of a kind who's really good at singing with great vocal technique which suit his tone, and know how to use many rap techniques when it comes to rap. Bryan Mendoza Don’t worry, you don’t need to apologise. Sadly his group, uniq, had is last comeback in 2016 (or early 2017) . Fortunately, many of the members are starting to be more known since some of them are going to survival show ( another two Uniq members went to two different survival shows , similar to produce 101, in China and both made the final line-up).
