This mid-century modern style apartment is located in 19 Culpepper House, Spice District, San Myshuno.The apartment has a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchen island, a living room with a seating area, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV, a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, a laundry room, a storage room and a balcony.
A short story:
Arlene Broussard and her daughter Karly Broussard just moved in to a small apartment in the city. They were finally settled in and they loved their new apartment. Until one day, things started to broke down. There were frequent electric power outages, cockroaches, rats and noisy neighbor! She realized she really needed a change. One day, she was looking at community noticeboard, she saw a home renovation advertisement, then she immediately called the number.
The entryway cabinet is inspired by SimDay.

Oh wow! I loooove that you made a storyline for this build. 💗💕 That's something that you don't usually see in these parts. I'm not really well versed with Mid-century modern styles but I can say that it's an amazing build. The level of detail in this is astonishing, it really goes well with the storyline you came up with. Those custom shelves and counters are sooo great, I love the palette and it's very consistent in the build, some parts of the apartment is colorful but not too much that it hurts the eye. I like how it feels elegant but also homey and playful at the same time. The balcony is my favorite part of this build because it's fun and nature'y. The kitchen is also pretty neat too, the clutter is organized and it's just pleasing to the eye. The toddler bedroom is sooo adorable.😍 I love how you transformed it into a beautiful space. Aside from the build, the video itself is pretty great, I really really like the storyline and the before and after. As always, keep up the great work! 😊💕💗

I used Laundry Day's storage unit (it's called 'when life gives you linens') and rotated it. For the white accents I used empty towel storage rack. And for the handles I used white shelf and resized it down. 😁
