Yes after sales service is okay but you have to keep in mind one thing it has universal motor so machine is quite noisy

nice video. i know inlet pipe is missing in attachments. can u pls let me know whether they provide connectors for inlet pipe, I know one end it will connect to the pressure washer other end need another connection to either tap or bucket of water. pls clarify?

Yes you are right they does not provide Inlet/priming pipe but they provide Qucik connector (which will connect the inlet pipe with the machine ) and a bucket filter (which will need to attach with other side of inlet pipe to use bucket water)
