I used to love my morning routine and felt so good about every day and couldn’t wait for the next until I got to be around 17-18 and life HIT me, depression kicked my ass and I want my old life back! Watching this gives me that boost I feel I need and hearing another person say it’s okay to say positive things about your life is beyond reassuring. Thank you for posting this honest video 🥰
I take that probiotic, and it is amazing! I have always had chronic UTIs and no amount of hygiene, water, cranberry pills or urination before/after ever helped. I have not had one since I started taking them, and noticed it within the first week. Highly recommend 💯

Everyone has different needs to feel better. For me, I have this unhealthy pervasive thought of being lazy and unproductive, so this routine adds structure to my day and helps me ease my productive anxiety.
I love that this is a realistic and chill yet still intentional morning routine. So many of the morning routines I’ve seen on YT are extensive and portrayed as perfect/aesthetic and I appreciate that you shared yours which is completely doable and full of self compassion!

I had been an atheist for more than 12 years, since a teen. Having turned to true faith, I can say that is like following the light while the world here is full of darkness and fake light. Carrying your cross is realizing that life sometimes may hurt you, but the pain will make you realize the truth SOMETIMES. (grow through what you go through ). At the same time you should not meet society's expectations about your cross and your journey. Society is to blame as it fills us with insecurities, leaving us CRAVING for validation from others. As my cousin is a psychologist,( wasn't raised in a religious environment whatsoever so he is unbiased) I can see the damage done from the society though we don't realize that we have to present ourselves. That's what Penny was struggling with, that's what as all of us do but don't realize it. Just imagine how perfect the world would be if none judged anyone, even for a day. We should realize that fighting with each other, showing the best version of us, competing with others are so pointless.Self help industry takes advantage of it and profits from that PLZ DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT HOW SELF HELP IS ACTUALLY BAD. Imagine having validation upon existence, born free with your only goal being to get closer to the Creator (source of life, existence, happiness) that this world drew us apart. How liberating is that?🎉🤩🎆 PS. Never thought I would write such a comment. Of course I think the worst is being pressured by parents in a bad way. That's what Jesus hated actually as the only people he called off were the hypocrites.😃 💖
I try to get up earlier, but it's so hard when it's still dark out! I have stuck to my routine of walking every morning, though. I walk about 3 miles five times a week. I bought myself a planner and I WILL use it in 2022! I'm going to start setting my alarm ten minutes earlier every day. Wish me luck! ;)

Can you make a video about how you manage all of this while being an RN and influencer? I’m a senior BSN student and work at hospital as a CNA (12 hour shifts). I have preceptorship, leadership clinicals, lecture, and work. I can’t find time or energy for a lot of healthy habits. How do you have such a structured routine? I wake up like at 5am and I’m out the door at 5:45am with only time to eat, then come home around 8pm, shower, and knock out. 😞

Those same probiotics are my go to and have been taking them for almost 2 years. Tip: Walmart has them for cheaper $16, other stores cost like $1-$3 more. I apologize if this is TMI but we have to normalize it. I realized that I didn’t go #2 very often. And I would feel bloated a lot and when that time of the month came I would get constipated, my stomach got so hard it added extra pain to the cramps. So I started taking these probiotics and changed everything. Now I go #2 regularly and during that time of the month all I have to worry about is cramps. I’ll rather deal with that than constipation tummy pain. But please consult with doctor this is just my experience and I’m talking for myself only. But yes, I need to create a morning routine that helps me start the day on a positive note. Thanks Penny!

I’m the same way with what I drink, my anxiety and panic keeps me from drinking coffee, tea, juices, sodas, etc. anything with caffeine or high sugars can really effect my day so I just drink water majority of the time
legit this did actually inspire me because I've been waking up and having that same immediate anxiety, for months and months - off and on, but mostly on. I wanna blame it on crappy sleep schedules and being a shift worker, or on that pandemic-acquired working from home life, but the truth is i'm just floating around aimlessly, in a mix of sleepiness and resentful for having to do all these things. I think my routine and attitude need a check :/

Caffeine upsets my tummy, so now I only drink if I need some help being active throughout the day! It lets me occasionally enjoy my little drinks while keeping the addiction away 😎
I used to have a routine just like this when I lived by myself. Once my now husband moved in, it felt weird to get out of bed before him? Like do a bunch of stuff while he slept for a couple more hours. Don’t know why I would bug me so much so I stopped but I might try again and address those thoughts

I have to be more intentional about a morning routine, but I already get up so early for work. I drink a lot more water than I do anything else, but I find ways to add some caffeine to help me stay alert. I take a prebiotic now, but I might check out the one you take.

Caffeine upsets my tummy, so now I only drink if I need some help being active throughout the day! It lets me occasionally enjoy my little drinks while keeping the addiction away 😎

I used to have a routine just like this when I lived by myself. Once my now husband moved in, it felt weird to get out of bed before him? Like do a bunch of stuff while he slept for a couple more hours. Don’t know why I would bug me so much so I stopped but I might try again and address those thoughts

Thanks for this video. Everyone's morning routine can be different, but following the same general ideas. I have to be more intentional about a morning routine, but I already get up so early for work. I drink a lot more water than I do anything else, but I find ways to add some caffeine to help me stay alert. I take a prebiotic now, but I might check out the one you take.
As a totally ADD unfocused anxiety ridden chick....I will take any advice not to wake up with that " oh f***" feeling. Thank you Penny.
