Bro I have CB150F with bigger piston and valves, etc.......i changed to PZ30 Carburettor since I didn't have enough money to buy the NIBBI performance carb, anyway I had this exact same problem initially so I changed the settings on the needle jet in the carb by 3 points......try that maybe it'll fix it

yaar no idea. because pwk carb mein double fuel injection hota hai....so agar aapke walay mein double fuel nai hai tou wo fake hai...fake pe paisay mat ziaya mat karna

Kye ke Head ma intake ke lia aapka valve bhe thora bara hona chahyaa warna bike warna performance achi nahi ho ge. Isi tarah exhaust valve bhe thora bara krna hoga warna block ma sa sara pressure out nahi karay ga bike ghut jai ga. Yeh mere zati raii ha i am sorry if u mind. 🙏 best of luck 😊

Try 105 size main jet, probably also need to get better ignition. Koi 250cc yamaha ka cdi dhundna parayga and you’ll have to buy a bigger ignition coil. But ye issue khair mere sath bhi tha. Full Throttle p it’s getting too much aur because of the pod filter. So you need to either block air or compensate with more fuel so baray jet k sath probably problem solve hojani but if naa ho to current se bhi masla kar jata full throttle p
bro the ignition coil is upgraded.. ab i think so cdi ka hi rola....jet size is already 108. The main issue is cdi because mera limiter peeeche agya hai like around 9k...thats the top rpm even in first gear
@@ybg4767 try blocking the air from filter while revving, if it’s lacking fuel to idea hojaega. 108 to kafi bara hai So maybe fuel kafi zyada hai ek bar 2 chotay main jet bhi try karlo.
@@ybg4767 maybe apka carb k lye mushkil se milay but size to miljanay chahye easily. Agar cg125 euro ka lag jata to wo miljatay hain easily Warna phir daraz ya ali express se milayga. Maybe there’s a guy in karachi who’s also selling gs 150 k jets which are compatible with mikuni
bhai, 1 bar air filter utar kr dekho, bike 6000rpm sy oper chala jaiga, happened with me in past, air flow is filter sy kam ata hy. apki bike ko air zyada nai milti 6000 rpm k baad, 7000 rpm k baad.
i wasn't saying that double fuel = vtec , it was a comparison that vtec kicks in at 6-7 rpm,the same way second fuel line starts spitting fuel at 8-9 rpm...

tried that...changed the jets and adjusted the needle also but the main issue is the cdi unit rn

Should've re-jetted the stock carb first to see if it solved the problem
The old carb was rejetted and the needle jet was also pushed to the max.... that just wasnt enough

26 mm k hisab se 108 ka main jet kafi bara hai. To maybe 100 ka jet try karlo
