@xzjayz7925 I mean, any great wrestler can knock off another, and Seth has always been up there with the best of them. I think he would have an easier time against Knox rather than Jax.
@@dangerpowers4582 I agree, any great wrestler can take out another. Seth Mendoza is as talented as Jax is. However, when it matters most, especially recently he seems to get it done more often than not. It’s not like Mendoza has never beaten Forrest either. This ties into another point. We got to see Knox vs Mendoza play out. Anthony teched him last year (in freestyle). Seth Mendoza had beaten Jax prior to that match as well I believe. People obviously get better but I think Knox is a lot more technical than Jax which doesn’t match up as well for Mendoza. Jax is a funky and scramble type of guy. Mendoza, if you watch the way he moves/wrestles, relies heavily on flexibility, he’s really good on top-very much like Seidel, and he’s solid on bottom, and solid in neutral. However, unlike Jax, Mendoza doesn’t have a premium shot. That is what separates them 8/10 times. Knox… he has multiple shots he likes to go to. However, unlike Forrest or Mendoza he’s faster than both.
@@dangerpowers4582 do I think Mendoza can beat both Knox and Forrest. Hell yeah I do. He’s insanely good. However, if it happens I also think Knox and Forrest just weren’t at their best. Until it becomes a consistent thing. Kind of like Bo Bassett vs Daniel Zepeda. Do I think Daniel Zepeda can beat Bo Bassett, of course! But again I’m more likely to take Bassett 6/10 or 7/10 times, reason being he’s more consistent. I think Daniel wrestled nearly 100% if not 100% and this is evident by the score snd OT. However, I think Bassett is almost always on go whereas most, Daniel included, are not. Which is why Bassett, in my eyes, is more likely to win.
@xzjayz7925 Yeah, Jax has 2 belts, and Anthony has 3, so they're definitely a cut above Seth. If Seth was a notch better, he'd beat the aforementioned guys approximately half of the time. I hope he improves immensely at Mizzou. I think Seth will at least be an NCAA finalist.
great match
lilledahl is a dawg
Can’t wait to see LL in a Penn State singlet.
Seth Mendoza keeps improving. Hopefully, he wins a title next year.
If he stays in Jax Forrest or Anthony Knox weight class he won’t.
