But I helping a friend with it and they send the same email saying that based of his profile he can’t get in. I was having the same issue. I just wanna know if the personal questions that they make affect your results to get in

I have never seen a remote work position that allows wi fi. Not secure.

Hello, I am glad you found this to be helpful. You do not need dual software, and the antivirus requirement was not something I encountered but I do recommend!
They recommend the Windows Defender antivirus software that comes with the computer. They say other antivirus products might interfere with the client’s software

Do I need a laptop with an Ethernet port? It says it has to be a wired internet connection so I am not sure
I've taken it twice now and failed both times. The questions seem pretty easy and I had the same answers as you. Not exactly sure where I answered wrong.

Yes they hire agents who speak other languages and is actually needed, you possibly will even get payed more depending on language.

You have to download the windows software onto your Mac, that is what I had to do.

Appreciate this video so much as I am considering signing up with Working Solutions. You indicated a person could have Apple devices but would need to download MS? I was of the understanding that you must have a device that worked on the MS operating system (which would not include Apple). Am I mistaken? I’m an apple gal and was hesitating buying an HP or Dell product until after I passed the assessment. Would you mind adding a little clarification. Thanks very much.
Hello. I believe you are able to download Microsoft software into your apple. However, you may want to call apple support to ensure the accuracy of that and that your specific laptop or desktop can handle that!
I'm dealing with the same thing... looks like you need an intel based mac (no M1 or M2 chip) and also at least 8 GB of ram to download the software. My intel based mac only has 4 😩😩😩)
Thanks ladies for your replies. I discovered my older iMac does have i5 Intel and all that’s need is to install Apple Bootcamp in order to add Windows in order to run either operating system.

I’m not 100% sure but most likely is, as it would be nearly illegal for companies to not pay you for your time.

Hello Kimberly thank you so much for your video, I can't understand what is going on with me, every time I finish the assesment, and pass the tech scan, even after successfully passed the tech scan, they decline my application after 1 or 2 minutes, it's like the system does that automatically. I don't know if they remember my name, computer or something like thta. Do you have an idea of what can possibly happen, and what can I do? I really want to be part of the working solution family

I got the same issue and I tried everything and they same me the same thing over and over. I got a friend that made the same thing and we got the same info and experience and they accepted him but with me it’s like a glitch or something

Working Solutions will send an email approving you to move forward. Yes I received this email. This is a contract position, in which you set your own hours if desired, & the pay depends on the job. $15-$19 per hour.

Working Solutions HORRIBLE company. They do not act as independent contractor . They gaslight you and have lots of technical issues. The trainers are not knowledgeable at all.
