I know you touched upon that the front had been left open, which might imply that if you want screens all round you could do for total privacy? I’m considering one for my garden but to have a seating area at one side and a hot tub in the other so wouldn’t mind being able to fully enclose it at night whilst using the hot tub. And are the screens almost blackout from the outside looking in at night? Thanks

Looks like it would leak like crazy in the rain - no slanted roof to drain off the rain.
