The Sad Girl company says and does crazier things on a daily basis, they’re inoculated against unsolicited filian shenaigans.
Plus Lumi is a Filthy Frank enjoyer, Filian couldn't have found a safer target if she tried for that message.

Well she literally recognized it as a cards against humanity line also it wasnt that bad
Lumi's a part of Phase Connect and I can tell you some stories from there.
1. Pippa: "I'm gonna ****ing shoot up a walmart!" Cancelled multiple times. Accidentally created an entire group of vtuber careers.
2. Hime Rie: Showed actual robot-on-woman pronz on stream. Very openly loves little boys.
3. Multiple loliz
4. Runie: Takes shots of vodka and whiskey before every stream
5. Chisaka Airi: Works 14+ hour work days usually because of her 1st job. Negative IQ and public awareness.
6. Ashelia Rinko: Diagnosed severely autistic. Did deep dives on diaper fetishes and Chris-chan. Brings her mom on who says she regrets having Ashelia.
7. Tenma: Little JP girl. Screams loud and smashes controllers.
8. Uruka: Cringe tomboy. Looks like a butch lesbeen IRL. Has a tube of frozen saliva.
9. Dizzy Dokuro: Former manager of Tsunderia. Cringe masochist. All her streams is about Shame-Play.
10. Remilia Nephis: Bootleg Shondo.
11. Shiina: Granny vtuber.
Phase Connect is not the most popular VT agency, but they are full of the most insane talents. Surprisingly, their 3rd Gen and JP talents are relatively "normal". Only 1 talent graduated and it's likely some with the laundry of monetary variety of company funds.

A few years later was playing with friends and I was the judge for the same card and told the story. One of my friends put in the same answer and automatically got the point. Didn't even matter what the other cards were.
Filian is best at being a not family friendly stream while trying her best to be family friendly.
