      @@kovaci0000007 it’s the club owners and Presidents that make such decisions right now most teams are waiting for renovations or looking else where to build their new homes
      For example Boca Juniors are buying off properties to expand their stadium riBer already took off the track field and expanded seating not ready yet since last year they began to remodel

    The rounded part at Allianz Parque is where stages are set up as the stadium hosts many shows, thus avoiding setting up on the lawn.

    Hey, just wanted to say, Estadio Sierra Nevada actually has a lot of problems and well, has been flooded repeatedly, the stadium looks good but the facilities aren't, same thing happens with La Bombonera, because, well, it smells like shit, would choose either Hernán Ramirez Villegas in Pereira, Pascual Guerrero in Cali or Alfonso López in Bucaramanga for Colombia, and either Madre de Ciudades in Santiago del Estero or Villa Mercedes in San Luis for Argentina, I do agree with the rest and thanks for making this video including us South American subs

    0:41 Could anybody tell me the name and the place of this stadium? Has this stadium been built for football matches or anything else? I'm asking because I've never seen a picture of it before. I think I would have chosen La Bombonera for Argentina as well, it's a worldwide known and a real iconic stadium. I personally prefer real iconic stadiums keeping their character for decades to those which are merely named 'iconic' (just take a look at Qatar's newly built World Cup Final stadium) and this almost vertical stand looks so unique. A stand fully dedicated to host VIP boxes, press etc. looks by far better than these window facades in the upper sections of so many modern and newly built stands. But as far as I can tell, Argentina is full of fantastic looking stadiums, often with steep standing terraces. And every barrio in the Buenos Aires area seems to have its own club you're growing up with, these could easily be 15 or 20 in the Buenos Aires area only. The stadiums of Racing Club and Independiente are so close to each other that they can easily compete with Dundee in Scotland or Nottingham in England.

    • @alepacha76
      @alepacha76 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, it seems like you lived in Argentina (maybe long time ago). The stadium you asked for, it has been build in La Plata City (60Kms far from Buenos Aires) La Plata is the capital city of Buenos Aires Province (Outside the Federal District of Buenos Aires City). The stadium has ben named as "Diego Armando Maradona". and yes it's a soccer stadium. But it's also used for musical concerts. It was built in 2011. And capacity is around 53K. Roof has ben made with fabrics (you know....poliester, wool, tarps, plastics).
      And yes you re right....Buenos Aires has many soccer stadiums in a 10 by 10 square kilometers (thats the city size 100 by 100 blocks aprox). and yes, there are more than 10 stadiums in the city.
      Bombonera Stadium for Boca is the most epic stadium. Monumental Stadium for River Plate it's the biggest, and the most secure architecture in south america. But you can find many soccer stadiums of several soccer clubs into the city with capability bigger than 40K, such as Velez Sarsfield Stadium - Huracan Stadium - San Lorenzo Stadium, and even around the city Racing Club Stadium - Independiente Stadium or Lanus Stadium.

      @ottmarmontes 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@andremarcosmendessiqueira9756 yup that could be it. USA could be a hard one since it can be subjective due to how much great stadiums the USA has and if you live here you can have a bias to a stadium based on the experience/ atmosphere.

    • @andremarcosmendessiqueira9756
      @andremarcosmendessiqueira9756 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ottmarmontes Yes I do live in the United States. Definitely. Also bias towards sport as well could be a major factor when trying to find the best stadium in the United States. Although with Sofi and Allegiant stadiums being completed and operational it’s hard to make a argument outside of those to not be biased.

    In all honesty, you should've only done the teams representing CONMEBOL and left out Guyana and Suriname, who are members of CONCACAF. FWIW, French Guiana is also affiliated with CONCACAF, but are not members of FIFA because they're an overseas department of France, thus making them ineligible to take part in FIFA World Cup qualifying.
    That said, Suriname's current and historical ties to The Netherlands means that - in theory - Suriname could've potentially fielded some very talented teams. Check this video out: th-cam.com/video/NeWdMTOmwS4/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=HITCSevens
