Look this video interpretation is great but I doubt that the idea of creating a book of "a profound narrative interwoven with allegorical lessons and psychological truths" was the first idea, if so, who had it? and how was it able to not only persist through time but also end up making sense after so much editing. I dont disagree with everything in this video, but I'm curious as to why you would state that none of the people in the Bible existed. We've already discovered the exact location where Moses crossed the red sea and where he built camp with the slaves that he saved from the pharoah. He definitely lived and did as the Bible said.
