I have a Perfect Handle screwdriver which had "GERMANY" and "RIECO" on the shaft. The scales were cracked, pieces missing so had to be removed. I then found under the scales was an Iron Cross which was a German government craftman like mark and the number 41, so likely imported from Germany in 1941. I was surprised to find that the US was trading with Germany in 1941. Your screwdriver looks very good after the cleanup. I do love the feel of Perfect Handle screwdrivers in the hand. A very appropriate name.
