Some guy was berating me like that because I was too busy to go to the POI’s he kept spamming on the map… I kicked his ass to the reinforcement cue with the butt of my rifle and laughed.
I don’t mind taking time and getting extra stuff, what I hate is team killing in a pVe games. I’m not good enough for solo even on easy, I can only do trivial.
My VC stays off and I’ve probably been kicked for it a couple times without realizing, but that’s nothing compared to the amount of sheer salt I’ve avoided by doing so.
I'm lucky that this has only happened to me once. Literally helped these guys clear an entire level, they wouldn't have done it without me (I was ten levels lower than them too) because they were absolutely shit at preparing SGs and kept taking stupid risks. There were two times where they all died except me and the burden of reinforcement was also on me despite fighting entire groups of bugs. I got TKed by them twice because they were absolute dogcrap at placing SGs, also. How were my efforts rewarded? Kicked for having no mic. Sometimes I wonder what goes through their heads during this, what level of immaturity must one have?

Yeah I usually do hosting now rather than join player's games because as host I have the power to kick players that are being unpatriotic to our brothers and sisters in this glorious community. But I will occasionally join other's games time to time if I do see a distress signal.
Yesterday me and my friend played helldivers,he was new to suicide mission so I let him take all super samples and other stuff,he dies,someone takes his samples,and then leaves,my friend asks for them,he doesn’t get them,then the guy drops then and my friend takes them,he called him an idiot and I said don’t you fucking dare call my friend that,the guy calls me a shithead,we extract,he kills us,and they extract,I say you made us lose a lot of XP idiot and he kicked us,me and my friend laughed our heads off cause he was a level 50 and he sucked,he would always die each second,in the end me and my friend reported him
reasons why any type of multiplayer game I get that is especially squads related, I immediately go into the settings and disable mics, or team talks whatever since people like these ruin the experience.
At the same time I've met a bunch of awesome people by using my mic. You can't live in fear of douchebags like that my friend, mute/block the weirdos and move on. It's an awesome community overall, people are missing out by not putting themselves out there

So I asked “why did you kill me?” Only to respond with “?” Then I went across the map to my killer and killed him, only for his buddy to kill me and kick me out. @@Yoo-Kang Another example, happened a few weeks ago. Me and two random other guys (one from Australia, one from UK) had an absolutely insane helldive and barely escaped. We'd barely got our samples back like 4 times with me throwing a perfect shield over one of them, saving them while escaping a patrol with 2 hulks. I wouldn't have known he was in such trouble had he not been using a mic. I've been playing with them ever since, good people and Ive had dozens of experiences like that. I just don't think it's worth missing out on meeting cool people because you're afraid of running into a random idiot here and there.
After facing 4 consecutive cancer matches with these basement dwelling kids, i decided to just never play public again. Solo or friends only is the best choice atm until the kids move on to the next trend.

Had a similar game they didn't do shit and i had to run around and destroy the command centers l. They were on 1 FOR 30 MINUTES i took down two in 10 mins and did a few side objectives i had to roll on by going to extract and kill it for them

Never unmuted voice chat. It was on first match by default, I had some toxic crackhead screaming in to the mic. Never unmuted voice chat since.
