If you want an advice from a day 1 player, Count Thunder Is not worth It, Unless you already have a good Thunder team behind and even then you Need him at least at SS+ Rank if you want CT to perform great, so Just focus on EJ, keep saving and be patient. I've pulled him to SS+ like that. I have saved 30 tickets and 26k cristals as free to play for his rerun, so keep being motivated and eventually you'll get the best unit in the game.
