Because some of them aren’t put into situations where they have time or need to. Something like in Iron Blooded Orphans you see them return to ship to restock and refuel. Even then once they moved away from ballistic weapons in some others series that became irrelevant most of the time.
They reloaded in Zeta a lot to the point they were like always running out of ammo, and I think in OG as well though its been a while since i watched it
