A fairly balanced project with a traditional British emphasis on firepower and protection. The main feature of the vehicle was the weapon system: a 20-pounder and a new 105 mm L7 gun were considered. To ensure the required rate of fire, it was planned to install the gun in a swinging turret. Since the gun was located on a fixed elevation, it was equipped with simple mechanical devices to facilitate the work of two loaders. Despite the fact that the stated requirements could well have been achieved, the dimensions and weight of the tank turned out to be too large. The project was closed.
