If anyone has any questions about deckbuilding choices I made that I didn't fully explain in the profile just ask and I'll answer to the best of my abilities, since I didn't go fully in depth in the deck profile. Also I've been working on a slightly updated list so hey, maybe if I do well again there could be an updated profile one day 😉. I really liked the deck profile and picked up most of the necessary cards for the combo version. Quick question, when you don't go through the selene line to special back the crystal master to tribute to add golden rule, what do you do instead and what do you end on? Also you mentioned that there is a crystal beast discord? Is that something I can get an invite to?
@@johnflounder9778 Generally the end board I aim for is either 4 mat appo+zealantis+overdrive + gameciel if I open it, or appo, tri-gate, s:p, overdrive, and zealantis if I don't have access gameciel, which involves some new stuff I added to the deck after this. Usually if you don't go into selene it's because you either already have golden rule. You can still go into it to get any other crystal spell/trap. As for the server, idk if I can post links in youtube comments but you should be able to find a repository online of a bunch of archetype discords and you can access the crystal beast one from there.
Dreadguy really made me think about the springans package while watching his videos and combos for a while. But see it more and more win makes me think about to get it too. Great profile and gg
Yeah the springans package does so much for the deck. Sure it adds 3 more cards you don't want to draw into the deck but it makes up for it in just how much value the springans package adds.
love this build, its dreads build i believe. the sprigans package is a staple since dreadguy figured that out. check dread guys crystal beast channel, guy is pushing the deck so hard. no disrespect but taking someones build and not giving credit is nasty. this is why people gate keep.
I don't think I ever claimed that I came up with this. I even specified in a comment on this video that the build was mostly dreadguy's and the reason I forgot in the video to say anything was because the event ran until nearly midnight and I was exhausted.
Been playing crystal beast rainbow overdrive dragon gamma seal kaiju for two years now my advice you want to add necrovally to the main deck because if you draw waterfront not only does salvation become useless but 3 foolish burial goods become useless as well
Nah I'm good. I'd rather not add another card I don't want to draw especially when the extra card barely does anything for the deck. If you open waterfront which is pretty unlikely you can just shuffle back extra copies of goods/salvation with saryuja
Also curious as to how you played this deck 2 years ago when most of the new CB stuff released only a year and a half ago and golden rule is less than a year old
@@imjustryley2197 back when the structure deck and tin that included salvation . Misspoke there hard to keep track when stuff came out. You could achieve the lock a bit harder used crystal beacon instead of golden rule
Cash prizes are against konami policy, not tryna be a Karen but Konami OTS department dont play, they nearly took away my locals licence because they gave out extra OTS packs for prize support because by the time they got through OTS 22, 24 would have been out

I got first place yesterday with this deck with the springans engine and banshee nemeses engine to summon Protos and colossus
