Awesome build! I also have the OVS 270 awning with the sides and it is a game changer in windy weather. Was at KOH 2022 too and used the awning with the sides and our propane fire pit as well and we were comfortable.

I think it’s just a matter of personal preference to be honest. We’ve been on the road for over a year and have met numerous women that cook this way and enjoy it, as does my wife. But not for everyone out there.
