The Calling & Sending of the Twelve - Matthew 10:1-15 - 5/22/2016

If we are not proclaiming Christ, then who are we proclaiming? The power is in the gospel.

I have a question about Matthew‬ ‭10:6‭-‬7‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[6] but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. [7] And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
At this point Jesus hasn't
gone to the cross. What would they have understood that to mean?
