I only noticed that Hammer did not farm well at 14min when you were 4 levels ahead. This is what happens then you have jung in your team, letting enemy carry free farm. Bonus points for Parasite going mock and soaking all the farm lol...
last game i was fighting enemy under tower i did 99% damage to him at last hp my teamm8 "rampage" charged him and tower lasthit enemy and rampage got a kill instead of me, when i was undertwr with enemy "i was kane - ulted enemy under twr" :))) after that i left the game.
I've already got the PC, but money has been really short right now. I'm working on a way of accepting donations and financial support so maybe I can speed things up

you could buy 500$ decent pc for recording/streaming + HoN gaming not much needed tbh
