When my brother was in LONDON,,to collage, he & a visiting friend went to this restaraunt ,,the had RICE &nPEAS, but when it came there was SERIOUS LAUGHTER,, WHY ? The PEAS WERE GREEN PEAS, NO BODY IN ANY ISLAND EVER USED GREEN PEAS , we use gungo peas ( pigeon peas ), , I guess I would have had a great belly laugh too, what the hell, ! Have you considered using a sash for the berries and the bonnet? Easier to remove from the rice.
