GTA San Andreas Highjack

Mike Toreno reveals himself to CJ, telling him who he is and what he needs CJ for. Toreno needs CJ to complete jobs that he cant be caught doing, and the first job is to highjack a tanker.
Take Cesar on the motorbike and catch up with the tanker and then drive along side so he can jump on. Once Cesar stops the tanker drive it back to the garage to complete the mission.
Had to redo this one which is why the titles are different.
