One thing that no one ever addresses about Deadpool and Wolverine is their ability to grow in strength, exponentially. When you work out, you tear muscle fibre. You then need a day to heal. If you heal instantly, you also increase your strength instantly as you work out. Wolverine became much heavier once the Adamantium was added, and thus became instantly stronger relative to the new weight. Both of them have the ability to become, and probably are, super strong as a result. Just sayin'.
Wolverine can press 800 to 1,000 lbs max. No more. He's peak physical human strength. He doesn't have super strength at all. As for the Adamantium, I think it weighs 120 lbs on him. That had to have taken awhile. Maybe just walking around a bit. But as far as unlimited strength? Nope. In real humans, or anything that relies on muscle, there is such a thing as a genetic limit. A human could never get strong enough to bench press 5,000 lbs. No matter the circumstance. No amount of time and right training, sleep, nutrition could get a human that strong. However, I have heard that Deadpool can lift 1.5 tons. 3,000 lbs. I think only Hulk has the potential for limitless strength. He gets stronger the angrier he gets. But Hulk and Thor actually have abilities that they're forbidden from using simply because of how destructive they are, and they're both dependent upon anger.
Yes but when you tear of a muscle you have two instead of a nicely healed one.. and deadpool gets damaged beyond what any fictional caracter had to endure.. so his secret power also maybe that every part of him that gets shot of develops into a complete new deadpool.. like they all hide in the basement as backup.. Hey, the only issue was the last fact about the personalities. Deadpools mental state is closer to that of BPD over split personality (both are trauma based personality disorders). Well, they were talking about how his healing factor gives him other advantages besides the obvious. They actually missed at least one. His general physical abilities are all at a superhuman level, not just his endurance. He is stronger, faster, more agile and more flexible than any normal human can be because his muscles don't give out or tear. They also forgot his general unpredictability, and penchant for batshit insane plans that nearly always work because they're impossible to predict.
Guys, Deadpool is obviously infected with the mold in RE7. He can regrow his limbs and use any kind of weapon. I'm pretty sure everyone is supposed to know this by now. Deadpool is Lucas Baker cnofrmied. Illuminati cnofrmied. This comment is sponsored by Ben Fritz.
It doesn't mention his ability to jump Comics go back in time and start all over again .different ... so basically he could start anything marvel differently ?
In the countdown bullets scene the guy on the bike turned out to be a-jax, which in the film he describes himself as having lightning fast reflexes, this would explain why deadpool misses his shots. Also you can see a-jax moving his head out if the way of the shots which shows you what i mean :)
That would make sense if Ajax was looking at the gun to see the muzzle flash but since a bullet is super sonic he can't dodge them while biking away because the bullet would reach him before he hears the gunshot.
This is so repetitive and a lot of it is wrong. If you want the correct backstory, read the comics. Deadpool has some of the most detailed and humorous comics out of Marvel. His relationship with other characters is more in depth and the backstories he has with them are too. Really just read them, you'll thank yourself.
things that u miss -laser eye -a bag that contain infinite ammo and weapons -he could master any weapon in a sec -unpredictable moves and fighting style -the gift of gab -clone himself -time travel
Rehazel once upon a time wade found himself fighting someone with a healing factor roughly equal to his. Thor shot lightning at them and when the ash regenerated it ended with both of them sharing deadpools body
Rehazel, to be fair. The time travel is thanks to Cabel. So not really Dp's thing. To continue the list that they missed. -There's also the Deadcorps. Which is basically a task force of different multiverse versions of himself.
I have never seen or heard of Deadpool since the first movie came out, I mean I’ve heard of him but never looked into it. Until after the film, I was a curious about his powers. His ability to heal is insane. In the comics, he was literally vaporized, he regenerated outta single drop of blood. He was ripped in half by Juggernaut in Deadpool 2. Completely ripped in half and regenerated later on. His sense of humor is great.
@@noot_noot420 He's bones are metal, not all the joints and ligaments. In fact removing Wolverine's head is the way Professor X recommends to kill him.
Just want to point out that She Hulk, Loki, Rick Jones, Wyatt Wingfoot, and Howard the Duck all have the fourth wall breaking power. Also, Dead Pool basically lifted it off she Hulk. So much so that in Marvel vs Capcom 3, if She Hulk beats Deadpool, she says "you know, if this game were made in 1991, I'd be the one whacking you with a health bar". She once defeated a villain by pointing out that he's supposed to be dead in continuity. He says something like "oh, right..." and promptly dies.
Yes, "few others" means implies "that while others have this power, they are few and far between" when in reality, it's more like a large handful... And the power can be taught, making it more of a skill than a power. She-Hulk for example was taught about the fourth wall by the retired superheroine, The Blonde Phantom, who sought out She-Hulk hoping that by doing so and becoming a regular in She-Hulk's comic that she could spin back off into her own comic again. Spiderman has been teetering on the verge of realizing the existence of the fourth wall and has even broken it on a few occasions thanks to interactions with Dead Pool who's, as we all know, like to poke at it... incessantly. Suffice to say it's not a power, it's a skill, and it's hardly exclusive as it can be and has been taught.
Brett A. Smith I think it’s cause he still has cancer and his healing factor alway fights back but it never leaves. Probably because he didn’t have a chance to heal it in the first place due to already having it
I've just discovered something... In the comics, it's said that his cancer is keeping him alive, and his healing factor would be too violent for him if he didn't have cancer to kill off these newly created cells. This allows him to survive decapitation where other healers can't. That is because cancer cells are just that hard to kill. Does this mean that Deadpool is literally cancer?
It's also highly implied throughout his storylines that his cancer is probably a part of his mutation genes, as well as his reflexes and his weapons prowess.
Another thing about his psychic immunuty, in one of the marvel universes, its not so much immunity as much as its the fact that the psychics came to the realization that it would be more harmful than beneficial to try and enter Wade's mind. The reason for this is what happened to Xavier when he tried. Long story short, Xavier easily got inside Wade's mind and gained DP's 4th wall awareness. This drove Xavier insane and nearly killed him. The same thing happened the Venom symbiote when it bonded to Wade. In that universe, the symbiotes are peaceful, venom included, however bonding to Wade drove him insane turning him into a monster.
cliquenic 21 no, he was an expert marksman/assassin even before his disease. Even this video says all he got was regeneration, so go home and re-read your comics or wiki
Conspiracy theory: Lady Death is Vanessa in Deadpool hence when Deadpool actually dies in Deadpool 2 he can actually be with her, for a while, and his regeneration was what was keeping him from reaching her because it starts working as soon as he "dies", gets hurt, etc. Just a thought.
And the expert marksman power. This is just his military background and natural muscle memory enhanced by the super drug. The average person given deadpool powers won't have his fighting and firearm skills.
Be cool if they both grew back. Then we would have two Deadpools. But if that would happen he could keep cutting his self in half and make a army. That would be scary.
Depends entirely on the writer, but typically in the comics he grows back only once and usually whichever chunk of him is largest When his head was cut off, his body grew a new head
Just had a laugh wondering what it’s gonna be like in 20 billion years for all the immortal guys when the universe is dead Universe: *dies* Immortals: *”well, I guess I can live with that”*
When you said about telepathy not being able to get in his head that's true but not for the reason you said. In deadpool kills the marvel universe (one of his comics) Charles Xavier attempts to read dead pools mind and he succeeds however because of his fourth wall ability and extended knowledge beyond anyone's imagination and how mentally ill he is, Charles has a nosebleed, and goes brain dead and he does a few seconds later
You forgot a detail or 2 to Deadpools immunity to telepathic attacks Charles once tried to stop him in Killistrated he saw everything Wade saw and knew his last words were "I had no idea" Wade replied "no... you didn't" and Charles died so it's not just an immunity, it's a trap to enter his mind
deadpool showed him that they are living in a comic world so charles xavier could not bare it and he died .This is a story from deadpool killing the whole marvel universe
Aaron Ameer Beg i think what Charles saw was the self awareness and it was far too much for him to handle.. that was Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe I believe and also in doing it made Wade even more aware and made him crazy (again he can be effected by telepathy) and kill everyone including the writers at the end and he looked at us and said we're next lol although technically that was one of those "what if" type stories that is for fun and non cannon
The thing u said about a teleportation device actually remembered me about the game marvel vs capcom .. In wich he used a belt to teleport (and sometimes explodes )
To my knowledge, Deadpool got his healing ability from Wolverine’s DNA during his time with the Weapon X program. He didn’t manifest his own healing ability. And some argue that his healing is better than Wolverine’s bc he can regrow his head. Well, how do we know Wolverine wouldn’t do the same without his adamantium bc his adamantium is poisoning him and holding his healing factor back
The Cannesieur -Also you can argue that something in his DNA when combined with wolverines and Deadpools cancer cells could be a reason for having a better healing-factor and when those did get 3 combined in Deadpool it can possibly be explained by having a scientific miracle that combined with the cancer and his & Logan's DNA and that had created or enhanced all of abilities better than Logan's and being experimentented on & being created into a One of a Kind being.
Many of these powers overlap. I feel like people should know ultraregeneration includes disease immunity Marksman is not a superpower, it's a skill Also, brain cells do not regenerate, and his regeneration is not why he cannot be telepathically attacked. He can be, but it's difficult for most because the way he thinks is kinda insane
Wolverine can get drunk. In fact tranquilizers and some meds can work in him but it isn't for very long and has to be a high dose. Also Deadpool he's faster than Logan, his healing is so good it heals cells that are supposed to die causing a disaster. This is what drove him insane when he was without his Cancer so he had to to get a stronger cancer. Luckily his cancer is so bad his healing factor is kept busy.
My biggest question about Deadpool is do his cells even naturally die, he regenerates so that is impossible, this would mean that no matter what he did he would constantly build muscle and never lose it. Mind explosion!
It's explained in the comics that the regeneration is balanced of by the cancer. he can *force* his body to regenerate faster, but naturally his cells are created and die at an equal rate, just this rate is considerably higher then normal
Deadpools cells are dying as fast as his regeneration creates new cells if deadpool didnt have cancer he wpuld actually expload from his regeneration factor
Why do ppl keep saying they wanna be deadpool. It would suck ass. You'd be in constant pain, know your reality is based on a comic, after a couple million years when earth is gone you'd be floating around in space constantly chocking forever. @@onedand A depends. Earth can be gone at any time. Big ass plannet might crash into earth fuckin up the solar system and killing us with either impact or the instant freeze to death from the son distance. Space can also disapear at anytime (must likely idfk) but WHO KNOWWWWWWWS
Him: getting to live forever is awesome Yeah you’ve clearly never heard of the hundreds of stories showing how immortality is more of a curse than a blessing
Okay, comic nerd here! In the 250th comic 'The Death Of Deadpool' he DOES die when two alternate universe Earths are smashed together, killing him and everyone else similar to if the sun had exploded, incinerating them. Also in one comic (can't remember which) Osborn actually find the cure for cancer, weaponizes it, and hires someone to kill him with the special bullet infused with the cure, explaining that if his healing factor has nothing to counteract it would get out of control and over produce to the point of death. This backfires however and motivates Deapool to break in, trash Oscorp, steal his teleportation prototype (That has a limited range) and force Osborn to pay him a shitload of money, which he uses to by a ship so he can live out his dream of becoming a pirate with his wimpy sidekick Weasel. This should have been included, among other things, but I'm glad to see some of it was mentioned, even though you did get a bunch of other shit in this completely wrong, such as the fact that Ajax was the head of the program and that telepaths such as professor X when, in 'Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe' Charles Xavier attempts to read Deadpool's mind and he succeeds, however because of his fourth wall ability and extended knowledge beyond anyone's imagination and how mentally ill he is, Charles has a nosebleed, and goes brain dead a few seconds later.
Living forever without sickness is fine but immortality without pain is the best. Though i wouldnt trade hype for it cause i need that to last for even an episode in an anime.

Ryan Murphy
Yeah and even taskmaster couldn't predict his moves.
Guys, Deadpool is obviously infected with the mold in RE7. He can regrow his limbs and use any kind of weapon. I'm pretty sure everyone is supposed to know this by now. Deadpool is Lucas Baker cnofrmied. Illuminati cnofrmied.

you spelled straight wrong, *coughs* dumbass
It doesn't mention his ability to jump Comics go back in time and start all over again .different ... so basically he could start anything marvel differently ?
But the real question is, what happend to him when Thanos snapped his fingers
he’s probably floating around space now
Depends on which half of the population he was on.
He didnt die because thanos cursed him not to die aka not meet mistress death thanos crush
he is BFFs with Domino now, he even gave her his Adventure Time watch
He lost half of his friends in his head
Best deadpools superpower is closing eyes while his mask is on
an dont forget his other super power.
even with a face like his, women still wanna sit on it 😂
In the countdown bullets scene the guy on the bike turned out to be a-jax, which in the film he describes himself as having lightning fast reflexes, this would explain why deadpool misses his shots. Also you can see a-jax moving his head out if the way of the shots which shows you what i mean :)
Danny Smith deadpool missed other shots too he's barely serious....ever
That would make sense if Ajax was looking at the gun to see the muzzle flash but since a bullet is super sonic he can't dodge them while biking away because the bullet would reach him before he hears the gunshot.
Kassidar
I guess he can feel the air currents created by the bullet as it moves.
Danny Smith hhhl
Hey
I would love a cross over movie, even if its animated, of deadpool and the mask. Think what Wade would be like with the Mask on
what if deadpool was in endgame and he roasted thanos
It would've been the opposite of Cable
Lol
@@hvacpros666 ZIP IT CABLE!

Fun fact the actor who played cable played thanos so technically deadpool has roasted thanos
This is so repetitive and a lot of it is wrong. If you want the correct backstory, read the comics. Deadpool has some of the most detailed and humorous comics out of Marvel. His relationship with other characters is more in depth and the backstories he has with them are too. Really just read them, you'll thank yourself.
Thank you wise pussy cat
where can i read these comics?

-laser eye
-a bag that contain infinite ammo and weapons
-he could master any weapon in a sec
-unpredictable moves and fighting style
-the gift of gab
-clone himself
-time travel
JEFF time travel??
WOOOF CAM yes he can. in the comics he travelled back in time to change the outcome of a battle
Which is basically a task force of different multiverse versions of himself.
yeah i think it was deadpool and madcat regenerated into one body
I have never seen or heard of Deadpool since the first movie came out, I mean I’ve heard of him but never looked into it. Until after the film, I was a curious about his powers. His ability to heal is insane. In the comics, he was literally vaporized, he regenerated outta single drop of blood. He was ripped in half by Juggernaut in Deadpool 2. Completely ripped in half and regenerated later on. His sense of humor is great.
You hear this, "in the comics, deadpool was decapitated and grew a new head" this proves deadpool healing factor is better than wolverines
Wolverine also rebuild his body after lava and magneto ripped his skeleton out of body lol
Lmao u can't cut off Wolvie's neck coz it's made of the strongest metal. Well, he's dead now
@@noot_noot420 He's bones are metal, not all the joints and ligaments. In fact removing Wolverine's head is the way Professor X recommends to kill him.
In the graphic novel old man Logan, he takes his own head off, and survives.

He even killed the entire marvel universe

@Roger Proxy still cool though
I'm pretty sure everyone knows that.-.
So did the punisher.

@@mydogmax8454 Nope

I bet scientists or people studying it, love Deadpool due to all the little details of his abilities
He says something like "oh, right..." and promptly dies.
lol nice
Jenny Tokumei Oh yeah? Do I have that ability?
They did mention that super power is possessed by few others in the Marvel Universe.
Jenny Tokumei i
Has insane healing ability.
Can't heal that face tho
Bruh
Exactly
I always heal, but not my scars
Dick but your not dead pool he heal all his scars
Brett A. Smith I think it’s cause he still has cancer and his healing factor alway fights back but it never leaves. Probably because he didn’t have a chance to heal it in the first place due to already having it
salty pro yea it said if his powers gone then cancer comes back plus he burned in the first one

I learned more about cells in this video than health class
Same
I've just discovered something...
Yis
It's also highly implied throughout his storylines that his cancer is probably a part of his mutation genes, as well as his reflexes and his weapons prowess.
Gablstab ii
That last sentence made me laugh so hard I almost fell out of my chair.
The embodiment of cancer? I thought those were TH-cam comments/commenters?
soooooooooooo Deadpool is the most strongest, greatest, funniest and most lovable character in the univeeeeeeeerse???

Reeprx with immortality+healing factor it could be argued that he can't be beaten. There was a series in which he killed the entire Marvel Universe.
uh yeah, that's what I'm talking about! And Reeprx just denied it, even though he has a deadpool avatar. Wait, is that a deadpool avatar?
With no regrets, of course!
Yes, and he is also is a Super Smartass :)
So Deadpool's self-awareness is like constantly living in a lucid dream 🧐
holy SHIT I just realized that
I am at a loss
You should watch or read death pool kills marvel universe

Conspiracy theory: Lady Death is Vanessa in Deadpool hence when Deadpool actually dies in Deadpool 2 he can actually be with her, for a while, and his regeneration was what was keeping him from reaching her because it starts working as soon as he "dies", gets hurt, etc. Just a thought.
"His powers" *talks about his healing factor 10 mins*
And the expert marksman power. This is just his military background and natural muscle memory enhanced by the super drug. The average person given deadpool powers won't have his fighting and firearm skills.

If Deadpool's head got chopped off would his head grow back or his body grow back?
Be cool if they both grew back. Then we would have two Deadpools. But if that would happen he could keep cutting his self in half and make a army. That would be scary.
Would be crazy, they should do in Deadpool 2 not physically but like some sorta way of hinting that sorta thing haha
Depends entirely on the writer, but typically in the comics he grows back only once and usually whichever chunk of him is largest
When his head was cut off, his body grew a new head

Because they can't die and yes I know it's a joke
When you said about telepathy not being able to get in his head that's true but not for the reason you said. In deadpool kills the marvel universe (one of his comics) Charles Xavier attempts to read dead pools mind and he succeeds however because of his fourth wall ability and extended knowledge beyond anyone's imagination and how mentally ill he is, Charles has a nosebleed, and goes brain dead and he does a few seconds later
*dies
Also brain cells don't regenerate.
Yeah attempts
Thank you CBR for creating such wonderful English learning materials for an English learner like me.
You forgot a detail or 2 to Deadpools immunity to telepathic attacks
Charles once tried to stop him in Killistrated
he saw everything Wade saw and knew
his last words were "I had no idea"
Wade replied "no... you didn't"
and Charles died
so it's not just an immunity, it's a trap to enter his mind
Aaron Ameer Beg Did he make Charles find out he was only a character in a comic book or what?
deadpool showed him that they are living in a comic world so charles xavier could not bare it and he died .This is a story from deadpool killing the whole marvel universe
Aaron Ameer Beg also hes immune to the penance stare from ghost rider
Aaron Ameer Beg
i think what Charles saw was the self awareness and it was far too much for him to handle.. that was Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe I believe and also in doing it made Wade even more aware and made him crazy (again he can be effected by telepathy) and kill everyone including the writers at the end and he looked at us and said we're next lol
although technically that was one of those "what if" type stories that is for fun and non cannon
smart gamer yeah not cannon
Did anyone notice that after he got his hand cut, the new growing one had smooth skin ...

CBR: why noobmaster69 is actually thanos
Deadpool should just run around naked and strike "fear" in his enemies eyes.

Me: *sees title and thumbnail*
Also me: *looks at my wrist* NO WAY!
Huh
He uses time machine instead very tanks to ...
(CABEL)
Many of these powers overlap. I feel like people should know ultraregeneration includes disease immunity
Marksman is not a superpower, it's a skill
Also, brain cells do not regenerate, and his regeneration is not why he cannot be telepathically attacked. He can be, but it's difficult for most because the way he thinks is kinda insane
You can kill Deadpool by freezing him then pouring lava on him
He's a merc. Thats why he has really good accuracy
He was also a dishonorable discharge from special forces in the military and also is a master of martial arts.
The cancer kills the cells. If Deadpool didn't have cancer, yes, this would happen.
It's explained in the comics that the regeneration is balanced of by the cancer. he can *force* his body to regenerate faster, but naturally his cells are created and die at an equal rate, just this rate is considerably higher then normal
Carbonated cells don't regenerate so throwing him into a sun or blue star should kill him but then again the whole thanos thing 😒
Deadpools cells are dying as fast as his regeneration creates new cells if deadpool didnt have cancer he wpuld actually expload from his regeneration factor
Thank You CBR 💕💕

Yeah you’ve clearly never heard of the hundreds of stories showing how immortality is more of a curse than a blessing
