It always shows 6.9 mmol/L whenever i try to switch on the device. And when i click on the on/off button again there appears 7 30 90 day average option. And nothing else when i check my glucose
Mine comes on automatically when I insert the tester strip. Not sure what it’s showing with the on/off button as I don’t usually use that except to turn it off.
Had the same issue. On checking further, the batteries seemed to be loose fitting. Tried fixing the issue by placing a piece of paper to keep the batteries tight in its place. And with this it started working again!
@@piyalakkaewbudda1317 -ok, got it to work, apparently you need to squeeze out a bigger blood drop to make it work. Oh and make sure your puncture area is fully dry, drop might start leaching away through the fingerprint whorls if is still wet.
I kept getting an error code also. So mad. After wasting ( strips and lancets, I looked up the error messages. I must not have been putting enough blood on the test strip because the 6th time it did give me my reading. Yay!
Thanks for your information so much

Mine is, upon opening and using it through usb cable. It says “PC” and blinking.
The usb cable needs to be unplugged while testing.
@@learnbloodsugartesting thanks ❤
error 9?
How can i charge it ?
It is not rechargeable, it has a replaceable battery.
Test strip will not "click" in to reli On machine
You may want to ensure you have the compatible Reli On test strips, as there are at least 3 different types of Reli On test strips.
Repetedly showing error message..how i can fix it..
Which error code are you getting?
I keep getting “error 4” almost as soon as I touch the strip to the blood. I’ve tried 6 times and never gotten a reading, only error code.
same problem,what should i do?

Might have to work at it for a bit, if it just won’t come out anymore, you might have to use a deeper setting on the puncture device.
