Thank you so much for watching ❤️ if you would like to see me try this again with an underwater flashlight attached to the rope make sure to hit that like button! 👍 😊
Hiiiiii, I am going to the rotating bridge spot tomorrow or on Sunday for my birthday activity. Would you be there? You know the spot I am talking about? Plz reply
Definitely add a light source. I follow Adventures with Purpose and it is incredibly dark underwater. I hope that works. It's a fantastic idea to have the go pro attached.
I would move the magnet closer and put a flashlight or an underwater flood on a different rope if you're just dipping. I love goofy experiments like this, great job! :D
The 2 can opener holes on the beer can have a purpose: one to drink from and the second one is a vent hole so you can drink the beer without creating a vacuum in the can while drinking. This was way before the flip tabs were added to the cans!!
Please do this again! Dude that was fun very enjoyable to watch ☺️ awesome idea with the GoPro connected to the magnet rope.. 💚 Looking forward to your next episode! Much love!
What a hot spot .. yes you definitely need a light source on the magnet line along with the camera. I was all excited to see the finds get sucked out of the mud. Hopefully you can get it right and we will be able to see what you catch. As always love the video.
When I was a little girl I used to help my grandmother make those woven chairs. She would sell them at the church bazaar. She would make them gor family and friends too and took special orders. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. It's clear many a fisher has lost their wares off that pier lol.
I like the concept, maybe a light would work, or maybe shallow water like the old bridge bend spot you've hit recently. You made some great finds today, hope to get out and fish one day soon.. see if I can be as lucky. :)
ok I almost peed myself when you were talking about that beer can with the two holes in the lid. If you have one hole.. the beer comes out slowly.. if you have two.. it is much faster. LOL
I used to collect beer cans growing up in the 70s. They stopped making steel beer cans around that time. The reason there are two triangular holes is that they didn't use pull tabs back in the day. You had to use a can opener. One hole for drinking and the other to let the air in to make it easier to drink. Then came pull tabs, then aluminum cans. which started out with pull tabs, then switched to the tabs you see today.
Cool idea ! Sorry it didn't work out better for you ! Definitely keep trying with some sort of light source ! Bet you will figure it out to give us some very cool footage !! Thanks for what you do !!
When you said you. couldn't wait to get home to see what was down there I have to admit I chuckled a little bit. Pretty dark and muddy down there. Be safe and happy hunting.
Wow!!!!!!! Awesome finds Tyler, cool old tools and cans, and I've never even seen a church key like that... I think it is so awesome to send the go pro down there, can't wait to hear how it tuned out; you would think they would put a light in the go pro. You find the coolest stuff Tyler, and your videos make me smile, thank you😁💖
You know Tyler, this is about the 3rd or 4th Schlitz can you have found. I am going to mention now that, way back in the mid 70's Schlitz was a very popular beer and I used to drink it. But, the problem was, it got so popular that they couldn't age the beer and it started losing it's taste so, I switched to the good old Bud. I don't drink at all now but, boy, those Schlitz bring back some good old memories!!!
Wow very nice 🙂. You found some really cool things. I hope the GoPro recorded for you. That was a good idea 🙂. Thank you for the wonderful video. Please remember to have fun and stay safe. Also try to keep warm 🙂. Can't wait to see your next adventure.
I love how excited you get! I read something recently that off camera, you're quiet and somewhat anti-social, and I find that hard to believe. You sure make ME laugh! Hugs to Owen! Gun Granni
U guys are mad but love the entertainment and excitement you do. Dude, oh my goodness/gosh, Holy cow! seems to be your fav sayings which is contagious lol keep up the good work!
I like the videos when you do fishing docks and piers. I like to see what people lost, and I know everything you pull up. Please consider doing more fishing docks in the future.
honestly bro, as dark as it is down there, the risk of losing a light big or bright enough, isn't worth it. I kinda like wondering what you have. The idea isn't bad, but leave the mystery in it. I know I can't be the only one that feels that way.
I love the bottle/can openers. I have a collection of them, too. Everything you brought up is pretty cool. Love watching your videos! Very entertaining!!! Thanx, sir!
Yeah if you get a really bright weatherproof type flashlight, move the go pro a little closer to the magnet and make sure the flashlight is behind the go pro so it won’t glare out the screen
Just as a matter of interest, weren't you just out on the kayak in 90-degree weather??? OMG. Even though the underwater GoPro scenes were just a dark screen, it WAS cool to get a nose-eye's view of the magnet as it was pulled out of the water. :) And all you out there: Don't knock needle-noses. If it weren't for needle-nose pliers, duct tape and Super Glue, we klutzes wouldn't get ANYTHING done! :) And, Fisher: Life's been interfering--thank you for posting a fun vid to see today. It's appreciated more than you know ...
I tried it once with my GoPro and a waterproof led light. It kind of comes down to water condition. A good calm day with good water condition it worked pretty good. Always wanted to try it again but need a new GoPro first. Keep up the good work 👍
Well there Ty Guy, it seems back to the drawing board for a good underwater flashlight. I think when you get the bugs worked out, it'll be a great idea!!!
Macrame chair! Those take time to make. WoW I think you should get a waterproof light but don't attach to.yiur magnet, just drop down and illuminate the area.
What I know as a ".church key " was the bottle opener is the type that put an triangular hole on top of can of whatever be it liquid or not. Put flashlight so is close to go pro about 6 inches above magnet -- make the end of flash light as close to level of go pro lens opening. After watching videos of under water explorations you rarely have clear vodsbility
You need to bring a bucket for your stuff. I know you have the wagon but a bucket would be nice for short term. The camera was a good idea but too dark. Great finds!!!
Amazing finds today. You need a dive light on the rope as well. They light up the whole area. The problem is the deeper the water, the darker it is. There is also lots of stuff you stir up when you throw your magnet making it harder to see. A dive light is the best for this. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️.
I enjoy your video's, been watching off and on for a while now. When you took your little man out was the best day for him. I'm up here in Tacoma Washington.
The purpose of making two holes in the top of a beer can is to allow air to flow into the can so the beer would flow freely out of the can while drinking.
Ohh and a suggestion, connect the camera to the phone through the WiFi thing, have a light too and find things in the water using the video shown on the smartphone, like a live video. It will be hard but you can try it and see how it goes. Good luck! Holy cow!!! 😅
I really enjoyed todays adventure. I have a feeling the water is too dark I have seen a lot of other videos by other people and I bet you cant make it clear enough or "un murky!!" But I know you are really helping the environment and with all you are doing maybe the water will be clear one day. Thank you!
Tyler my gosh that is exactly what I was thinking I think I left it on ((Alex‘s channel for an idea like that to see what you’re pulling in)). on my gosh great minds think a like 👍🏼👍🏼
If you do do this again with a flashlight, make sure it’s a powerful one. Water will refract a lot of light, not to mention the mud. Gotta have a real strong light.
You only need to go Around 4 M / 12 feets down to be black. I think the weather have a finger into the darknes to. Maybe if it was a sunny day, it will be better, but love the ider, and i think you need to do it some more.. 👍👍💪💪
I think that in mid summer when the sun is beaming you may have better luck. Also, if you have ever watched aquachigger, he has his GoPro on his head when he swims through rivers and some times there is clarity and soMetimes not, but usually there is enough light… this was a long explanation just to say that maybe go to a shallower spot? Lol love it though
The chair you found looks like a homemade macrame chair that people made in the 90's from the old webbing light metal lawn chairs. They made designs like the Packers logo with these old chairs.
Thank you so much for watching ❤️ if you would like to see me try this again with an underwater flashlight attached to the rope make sure to hit that like button! 👍 😊
Ya would be interesting with a light to see the bottom.
Hiiiiii, I am going to the rotating bridge spot tomorrow or on Sunday for my birthday activity. Would you be there? You know the spot I am talking about? Plz reply

where can i find this magnet
I would move the magnet closer and put a flashlight or an underwater flood on a different rope if you're just dipping. I love goofy experiments like this, great job! :D

Or even do it in clearer water not thr one from shreks swamp

Great job Alex and Tyler! You guys both crack me up a lot so thanks for that! Stay warm up there in Wisconsin!!
It was 13 degrees in Minnesota today. You two are awesome.
Do you know what Schlitz gives you? 😳🤢🤗
It's a real shame it was to dark. I think a light with it would definitely help. Some really cool finds, I do like this spot.

Yes you should try attaching an underwater flashlight.
I like the childlike excitement he portrays!

Yes. You need a light source. When I was younger, we would get “Shlitz Malt Lliquor Baby Bulls!” They were small bottles with a kick🍺. LoL. 😊
Cool idea ! Sorry it didn't work out better for you ! Definitely keep trying with some sort of light source ! Bet you will figure it out to give us some very cool footage !! Thanks for what you do !!
Add a flashlight, and put it and camera closer to magnet.
I love your energy, and excitement you have for every piece!!

The camera was a great idea 💡. I can’t wait to see it with some light! 😊
Yay! You tried the camera! Maybe some kind of led light attached. Love your craziness for new adventures.
I know why you brought Alex along,
In case you lose your GoPro you're going to push him in. I'm terrible. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Maybe you can strap a dive light on it so it will have light source! Good job Tyler!!!
Alex and Tyler u are the best at magnet fish ing!!!

Definitely gonna need a dive light to attach it somehow. That water was too murky.
Hey guys 🙂 investing in a claw would help in many situations to pull up what your magnet can’t hang on to. Thanks for sharing 👍
Well there Ty Guy, it seems back to the drawing board for a good underwater flashlight. I think when you get the bugs worked out, it'll be a great idea!!!
You make me soo happy, thx for good times
Love watching you try new ways of catching footage. Need a light source in deeper water. Great tool day, so many pliers.
I REALLY LIKE THE POCKET KNIFE THAT YOU FOUND. IT IS IN PRETTY DECENT CONDITION!!!
I wish I had as much excitement that this guy expresses.
This is a fantastic idea! The light and maybe a little bit closer. Thanks for the great content!

Got the ol go pro somethin somethin scraparooney hooked to the ol rope aroonie

Fun time Tyler. Next time you can say "We are back at the Plier Pier to try our luck"
Lots of tears must have been shed losing those kids fishing poles.
Taylor light source will be definitely required ....... thanks for the video and keep up the good work
I’m definitely going to try again! By the way, it’s Tyler 😉 thanks for watching 💪
I would love to watch you do some restorations on those cans. 🌸💗🌸

The purpose of making two holes in the top of a beer can is to allow air to flow into the can so the beer would flow freely out of the can while drinking.
14:50 you could try cleaning it with a pressure washer. It would never be perfect but it could be useable.
yall are so funny together

Now that was interesting. At least you are willing to try different things
Move the camera closer to the magnet. Put some kind of light on the camera. Make sure it is a very bright light! 😊
Love you videos! You inspired me to start magnet fishing I recently got a magnet!
Fun day. Yeah a flashlight would help. 👍👍👍👍💗💗💗😁
