doku was volatile in his performance imo. He gave up the first goal which they didn't show. It's only the 2nd/3rd game we've seen him on the pitch so we need to give him time to adjust to city's play style.

This game was sensational and I loved it. We were losing in the first half but man we were good on the counter and defense. Doku was tearing the left defense up and I loved it, and of course mistakes happen he gave away the ball and what not but that boy was sensational. Haaland seemed to lack confidence in the first half but the robot came back as always. Foden showing us why he is our starboy. Rodri was class as always. Josko did so well. Alvarez omg what a player he is! Ederson what a saveee!!! I could go on forever about how good they were, didn't even care that we left the first half 1-0. This was peak footballinnggg, gave me chillls.
De bruyne, Stones, Grealish,Gundogan...were some of the stars of last season. All missing but we are winning anyway. We do have a good squad depth. It's nice to see Alvarez in a different role. Doku is able to score. Haaland's perseverance. We are looking good except for some of the slip ups.

Well, it is not a surprise for us, River Plate and argentinian fans who know him since he was 17/18 years old. He was always a complete forward and then a complete player. Of course his best is when he plays as stiker or 2nd forward, but still... he's one of a kind.
Alvarez was a beast in this game, the center piece. Haaland missed two easy chances. The other were Areola's brilliance; both, that flying touch and the first touch from Walker's pass were really good! Silva and Doku did great, as well. Oof, we'll do it again!!
This is why Guardiola is the best manager as you can see in the previous match doku was not getting passes that should be given to him and he was far wide but in this game he was getting more passes, he provided some chances and being at wide helped him get that goal with his superb dribbling and accuracy ❤

I was waiting for these. What a game. Akanji, walker, alvarez, silva and Doku, they really shinned in this game. Dont know who is better replacement for debruyne, alvarez or foden. Doku substitution was done because he lost the ball like 2 3 times. Yes he wants to go forward but he needs to know, when you winning you play safe and only attack when whole team is involved. Could have been a 90 min game for him. But what a signing. I didnt even knew about him but that lad just looks to be unbeatable 1v1.
