I don't understand the way things work in Thailand (when it comes to their work habits), but they should allow them time to eat no matter how busy their schedules are, even at conventions here in the US when actors are meeting fans, they are there from 10am-5pm, but they have a break for lunch/rest. I understand a full schedule, but at least give them 1hr to ensure they eat and always carry snacks. They have to get from point A to point B, so they should be able to use that time for a snack/protein. They gotta eat in order to not get sick eating helps your immune system fight off any sickness and also take those vitamins. My little cousin was ill all the time when she was little because she didn't eat. I feel so bad for them getting sick all the time. It's sad to see them like that.
