I am a little embarrassed of myself I found the Koch-Marshall Trio one month before… But fortunately they were touring at this time through Germany and I visited an incredible gig! Thanks so much for this mesmerising evening in Brühl! Please more vinyl releases!🙂
Dude's ripping killer B3 solos with one hand , whilst holding down the bass lines with his other hand ?!? All I can say about these guys is wowaweewa !!!😮😳
Astonishing and magnificent. Super clever with some sweet edges - but rolling down the middle of the road with class and finesse while remaining totally accessible musically. You bring a truly unique and lovely thing to the world of this jazzy-blues/bluesy-jazz. You are killing it!
I'm listening on my phone speaker that's about the size of a bottle cap! There's some Mansquatch gristle there. Greg was a local guy from Milwaukee, I heard he was a monster for years but never saw him play. In 2008 I was lucky enough to see Greg open for Jeff Beck RIP It was an amazing evening of six string malfeasance and sonic skullduggery (if I may be so bold)
aw..... the way to start a sunday morning, getting churchified and and the reverends sunday gospel services sound good to me. oh Mr Organ Grinda' rock my soul, amen!
Start with the first Koch Marshall Trio album. Track 2 & 3 are my favorites. The whole album rips. Then check out the live version of Welchz Grape with him and Jeff Kollman. Then go down the Kollman rabbit hole ;)
I love Greg, but the last time I saw him my ears were on the edge of bleeding. Too much volume and treble for the room size. I had to leave, I love my hearing more.
Some of the most amazing tone I've EVER heard coming out of a guitar, amp, and flesh !

Credit is due to Rick Schwamb for the great video/audio quality. This is really well captured. Great show. Thanks for posting this.
Absolutely the most groovy piece of music I've heard in quite a while.
Rock time ✌️
Wow. Love organ trios. Brilliant playing. Greg’s a total beast on that guitar.
The Gristlesquatch always delivers chops for years, unpredictability, ripping thru genres always wonderful musicality. Great tone of course.
Good old times ✌️

Fabulous!😊
This is one of the few groups that I would motivate me to leave the cellar and go see play out.
Why have I just now found this?? This rips!
Those P90 Reverends sound great! Well Ok the playing helped too...
Gristlelicious 🤩
The combination of his P-90's Gristlemaster and KOCH amp head is a Crunchfest.
Thats sticks - Gristlelicious!
Such a great band.
Marshall rocks those bass lines, it took a minute to figure out where the bass player is. Its his left hand!
Just found this, after the first 10 seconds , I did it. YES More
F'n amazing!
I like these kind of musical activities, nuttin wrong with it🔊🎵🎶🎼
lovely..need a Leslie

Jazz blues funk rock country.. This guy has it all in his playing. Its amazing
He’s in the running for best in the world……..big statement? Yeah.
He’s in the running.
@@russmartin6763 He's in direct lineage to cats like Danny Gatton, but in a league of his own. Gotta love Drade!
I can honestly feel the GRISTLENESS! Streaming on my 65" Sony and 3,000 watt P.A. System in my living room!
only 3000 watts?
I'm listening on my phone speaker that's about the size of a bottle cap!

Played The Westside Bowl in Youngstown, Ohio last night. Absolutely amazing!
He’s playing there Feb 18! Looking forward to it
Rick does a good job too. I.v watched some Eric Johnson videos where the audio sucks and the video shows the back of many people's heads.
Love it
impresionante!!!! bestial!!!!
aw..... the way to start a sunday morning, getting churchified and and the reverends sunday gospel services sound good to me.
oh Mr Organ Grinda' rock my soul, amen!
WoW and Wow again & again! Thx
Absolut klasse 👍🏻
Hundert Daumen hoch von mir !
Geil !
When too much gristle is barely enough. The best chops in the business are owned by Mr. Kochery.
Yes they do....without a doubt!!!...Well put...
14.46 minutes. That cymbal stand!!! ;-) OMG Anyone noticed?
Nice gritty concert by these guys.
Yeah, he's got his high hat cymbal swaying back and forth pretty steady on the 48:30 song as well !
He's got to be the most talented guitarist on the planet ?
And a pretty close ditto for the guy on the keys ?
These guys are untouchable?!?😮
Good Lord!
Have MERCY.
Reminds me of Tribal Tech
Koch and scott Henderson together, that would be epic.
Or Greg and Victor Wooten!!
Thanx a million, Rick! Greetings from Germany ...
Koch - Claypool Trio? please.
genius :D
Music's at 24:00, and when can we expect it? Love it!!!
Cool😊
Oh yeah !
These vids are convincing me that a Reverend GK model will not only improve my chops I feel I may get better looking shoot up a few inches in height!
Greg is 6 foot seven
That's a pretty big Koch 😎
Fiendishly clever, righteously gritty, and doggone brilliant!
Well said
The Bass players great !
(Where is he ?)
Inside the organ. Stagefright cope.
@@gottadomor7438 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Great upload this was a tight show!
🔥🔥🔥
🤘🤘🤘
Just stopped by cos, y'know -- KMT!
Greg kids gone up a few levels on drums i noticed cool
😳😳😳👏👏👏🎯🎯🎯
Are the keys taking care of the bass?
Yes indeed, Mr Marshall is using his feet to good effect for bass lines.
He definitely is but would like to see Kochman Marshall Turner Toby wouldn't have to focus on all the bass lines plus they will sound extraordinary
Toby's left hand is the bass...
Sounds great, but whos playing bass? Guessing the keyboard pedal? Or is it in a box?
Dudes left hand is playing the bass lines
I ll say it again......ain't NO one can touch him....
"There was a giant mansquatch on stage in danger of being bumped on the head by a dwarf Stonehenge monument".
I gotta see this guy live. One of the best I've ever heard. Song list anyone?
Start with the first Koch Marshall Trio album. Track 2 & 3 are my favorites. The whole album rips. Then check out the live version of Welchz Grape with him and Jeff Kollman. Then go down the Kollman rabbit hole ;)
are those puma's?
At the end of the show, there is no roadie to fix the bass drum or Toby Lee Marshall wants to go completely deaf ? I don't undestand what happens.
Hello Slobodan, Have you seen Greg play live?
U bet I have!
Is this a no bass thing? Can't hear bass on my computer.
It’s a frequency thang.. Toby is pumping very low freq’s and your ‘puter speakers can’t compute the deepness 🔊 🌊
Try some headphones bro. May help slightly.
And the keyboard player? I wonder what was in that water bottle? He drinked it pretty fast?
What’s the song on 25min ?
Theme from Rockford Files. Sound like. Actually, it's called "The Orange Church."
Hello Bibi, they need a bass player. Get down !!!
Gregory Kochery
Birds of a "feather" ?
(Could had been worse)
He's good ain't e.
Dat boy ,
He good!
I love Greg, but the last time I saw him my ears were on the edge of bleeding. Too much volume and treble for the room size.
I had to leave, I love my hearing more.
guess so
Very good band. Guitar and drum volume ok. But vocal and the organ is to low in the mix.
not for u grizzly man but organ
Two and a half hours of sheepdip....................
Yeager and blow. Just say no.:)
😴💤
vulgar display of power
Ya gotta be good to play as sloppy as Koch does - takes confidence in your ability
Im sorry, I will not like it 421 times.
