      Hi Abdul. Thank you for your interest in our products. We’re happy to introduce our new digital way of getting your account opened on the go! You can just download our Emirates NBD mobile app and follow the steps to enjoy your new account with us. Initially, you must have valid passport, resident visa and emirates ID to apply on the mobile app.
      You need to have a minimum salary transfer of AED 5000 for a salary account with 0 balance maintenance. In case you do not wish to do so, you can have a personal account, but you need to deposit AED 5000 and maintain that average balance throughout the month. Thanks- Sara.

      Hello Sajid, thanks for reaching us. You can deposit up to maximum 150 notes at once and up to 450 notes per transaction. For example: you can put 150 notes and click on "add-more" option to add another 150 notes and then click on "add-more" option on last time to add the last "150 notes".       Hello. Thanks for reaching us. Please note that in case for cash deposit if Debit/credit card is not used then deposit requires entering Emirates ID to proceed with the deposit transaction.       It is better not to deposit at this bank and never use ATMs at their branches. I deposited and lost my money,and they do not respond properly to complaints. I am waiting to get my money back and I doubt they'd do!

      @Emirates NBD I want to top up my Liv Account from my FAB debit card through the Liv App itself but it was rejected! So I tried to top up from the ENBD atm deposits machine but still it was rejected. There is no Liv Bank/Account in the atm so I type it manually my card number as it asked for the card number, but again it was rejected! Tried it 3 times but failed..

      Touch the screen and select Cash deposit.
      Select Credit Cards-EmiratesNBD credit card.
      You have an option to insert the physical card in the cash deposit machine or type in the card number manually.
      Enter the amount that is going to be deposited and confirm.
      Insert the cash.
      Deposit confirmation details will be displayed on the screen
      Deposit receipt will be printed.
