One of your missionaries was kind enough to give me a copy of the Book of Mormon about 4 weeks ago I spent my life listening to what your opponents had to say, it's only fair that i give you guys the same chance. So for the next 2 years i will just sit and listen to what you have to say with the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants, which will be the subject of Come, Follow Me in 2025 if i remember correctly

The Book of Mormon changed my life as a 17 year old in 1978. It was my senior year of HS & I was facing a serious cross roads, one direction taking to deeper into pain & suffering, the other, taking me closer to meeting my eternal companion. My mom had remarried & I was living with my baby girl, alone & inactive. One day, an angel RS sister came by with a challenge from our Stk Pres to read the Book of Mormon. I took the challenge & as I read the words on the pages of the Book of Mormon, inspiration came to my mind about what direction to take. As I followed the promptings, "Line upon Line, precept upon precept," ...I was led by the Light to see clearly which path was right ... "and that has made all the difference!"❤ I love the Book of Mormon. I love Joseph Smith. I love the restored Gospel & I love my Savior, Jesus Christ! I am forever changed because of the Book of Mormon! 🙏 🕊 🤍 ♾️
I am excited as well to study the Book of Mormon again. I love the introduction in the Book of Mormon where the last section says "Those who gain this divine witness from the Holy Spirit will also come to know by the same power that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world, that Joseph Smith is His revelator and prophet in these last days, and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the Lord’s kingdom once again established on the earth, preparatory to the Second Coming of the Messiah." Notice that it says Joseph Smith is His revelator. This sticks out to me to study more of Joseph Smith this year as well. Joseph Smith is the prophet of the restoration. Happy New Year

When I read that children reading the BOM will obey their parents. They will do better in school. I couldn’t ask them to read it daily if I didn’t. For me it’s like scales from your eyes. It will change your life! Every time I read it I always find new things I never saw before. I know it’s true. ❤

From now on i will start reading the book of Mormons from the very beginning again i am testify as LDS Church member that the book of mormon is true. All the scriptures are true guidance of our daily lives.
I actually learned about the B.O.M. from an old movie made in 1940 titled Brigham Young Fronteeman . There was a seen early in the movie where a mob had thrown a B.O.M. intp a fire . That seen has never left my mind. I knew nothing at all about the book but my mind told me ot was something very special .
I also remember the movie. Interesting fact, in case you didn’t know… Dean Jagger starred as Brigham. Here is a paragraph from LDS living magazine from a few years back. “Until Academy Award-winning actor Dean Jagger starred in the 1940 film Brigham Young, Frontiersman, he was a little-known actor. However, he went on to star in White Christmas and Twelve O'Clock High, for which he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Jagger became very interested in Brigham Young after landing this career-making role. After then-prophet Heber J. Grant praised his performance in the film, Jagger began studying the gospel. He ultimately joined the Church in 1972 after marrying Etta Mae Norton, who was a Latter-day Saint.”

My faith goal last time we went through the Book or Mormon was to see the influence of God (colored red) vs. the influence of Satan (colored black). The spiritual battles are now visual on the pages. My goal this year is to follow the First Great Commandment and find ways to show my love to Him. I think I will highlight lavender when I see an example of someone showing love to God. I’m curious to see where the new color intersects with the red and black. Tyler, I love your idea of looking for promises. Maybe I will add orange highlights for promises. I might need a new Book of Mormon.
I don’t have time to read the book at all times. Listening to a video, I can do my work and listen. I am a beginner of the Book of Mormon. I want to know what area of the Book of Mormon coincides with the events in the Old Testament. I expect to see a record of the Babylonian exile of the Jews.
We keep reading the Book of Mormon, but it's not words, it's the Spirit. 1) When we read the Book of Mormon each day with real intent, prayerfully, we receive the Spirit. We carry that Spirit with us through the day, and our life day by day is changed. 2) The same words read many times before can trigger new ideas from the Spirit. These ideas enlighten our life each day. Those who really know the Book of Mormon is true know it not only because of particular experiences; they know the Book of Mormon is true because they sense Truth permeating its pages, woven through the warp and woof of its words.
So excited to study the Book of Mormon again!! Am I misreading the earlier post on the website or are you only doing occassional videos? Or are you doing the CFM weekly lesson? Thank you for 4 years so far!
In another episode I heard something peculiar: Where is the source that says Mormon means “love endures”? I can’t find that anywhere. I did find where Joseph Smith said Mormon means “more good”.
I watched lately Taylor in Scripture Insights. Whatever their decision this 2024 I would love to watch their You Tube videos.. Surely, change is the only permanent thing in this world.
I did see one video that they were both going to do different things this year. They have done 4 years together with Come Follow Me and I guess they’re mixing it up now!
