@@k_with_akris9438 will it run if you hold just a smidge on the trigger? If so you should be able to turn the idle up on the carb. It’s the silver screw on top by where the cave got installed into throttle plate lock.

Bad diaphragm no question and your right, th new carb is easier comes with all new parts and cheaper
Developed an issue though. Only wants to run at high rpm. Will stall out at slower rpm.
