Cirque Invisible - Maybe the most wonderful performance I´ve ever seen - maybe only surpassed by their son James Thierrée´s show. Maybe. But In both so extremely moving to see that genius has passed on from generation to generation, each time finding its own unique form. Nothing less than Magic. Eternally grateful that I was born to be able to experience all three of them - from Chaplin´s Circus to Victoria Chaplin´s and congenial Jean -Baptiste Thiérree´´s Cirque Invisible - to James Thierrée ´s Raoul - the only one of his creations that -so far- luckily found it´s way to the Nordic country where I live. May they live forever!
Heureuse de revoir ces moments magiques de deux merveilleux artistes : Victoria Chaplin et Jean-Baptiste Thierrée ( qui fut notre ami lorsqu' il jouait au TNP, avec Roger Planchon , un beau souvenir ! )
Charlie wanted to star Victoria in his proposed late '60's film "The Freak", about a winged girl, but ill health kept him from realizing it. So, couldn't a Chaplin-o-phile make it now? Not Gilliam; he's past it. Not Burton; he's too commercial. & the movie doesn't need CGI anyway.
Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!
Charlie would be so proud of Victoria for being a part of such superb creativity!

Aurelia Thierrée's Bells and Spells is vastly superior. But nice to see and understand where she took her inspiration from.
