- Welcome to Willow Creek: a small town suburban neighborhood with (unfurnished) homes in all price ranges + a sprawling downtown area equipped with restaurants, a nail salon, a clothing boutique, a gym and yoga studio, a boxing gym, a cafe, an office space, a small library, a movie theater, an a bowling alley.
Magnolia Promenade is an educational complex that contains the local high school*, an auditorium (for prom, graduation, career day, etc.), a basketball court, and a swimming pool that is open to the public on weekends.

omg!! i am absolutely in love with the way you set up willow creek, it gave me major sims 3 vibes (i thought i was tripping when i heard sims 3 sound effects as well hahaha). so cute, especially because it's clean and not overly cluttered, but still realistic
I actually use the sims 3 sound replacements mods from thepankcake1, lol 🤎
I love how it is all so simple yet detailed. It is decorated, but not over cluttered. It is realistic, but gameplay friendly. It really makes me want to create my own save file, but I always restart from scratch before I get to finish a single word 😂❤ Now I am going to watch your how-to save file video again (yes, I discovered your channel months ago and I have already watched and commented on that video, but I am watching it again)
Omg imma start playing only one world too! I think I do get overwhelmed with having more than one world too now that I think about it. All my fave simmers also stay in one world. It also will let me focus on making the lots more functional and feel more realistic and tailored to my gameplay. I love this world though and will be downloading bc I love willow creek
it's so much easier for me. especially when you are traveling to community lots - you have less options to choose from in the 'travel' menu.🤎

Since your lots are like multi use, are you lots labels as generic?
I usually use a lot type that generates certain NPC's. For example, I have a restaurant and "lounge" on one lot - but I have the lot type set to restaurant because I know that if you have a bar placed anywhere on a restaurant lot - a bartender will spawn. I hope that makes sense? 🤎
