@@aewisjericho8848it’s only game 1, we played like shiet after 1 day and a half after a game 7, and they only won by 3 lmao I’m not even sweating this series for us yet. We just sent home THE MOST UNSTOPPABLE FORCE in the NBA with Jokic and a PHENOMENAL supporting cast.
And those two calls in the last 5 mins completely killed our motivation. Not saying the refs were wrong, great calls. But if we picked it up and weren’t so sloppy we easily could’ve went up by 2-3/ Overtime.

Luka's strength is something that doesn't translate to TV. I don't think people appreciate how much of an advantage he gains when he makes contact with the defender.
No, Jaden McDaniels was the primary defender. Ant got switched a couple of times and Luka immediately scored on him in the 4th.
At one point in the game, two Maverick players were trying to block Ant while shooting a 3. Love that the team is buying in on defense and working together.
Lively is important in this series and it shows in this game.. dude is a rookie too 🤯🔥

So called “analysts” were saying Dallas’ star players would have trouble scoring. Nowhere did I put down ant, kat, or anyone on Minnesota in my plea to have Luka be appreciated. I actually have tons of respect for the wolves and think this is going 6-7 games so this is wild for you to say.
@@truthhurts79 and for your own sake, do not use regular season games as any metric for the playoffs. Anyone who knows ball knows how things change in the postseason. You also need to realize that in those 3 losses either Luka, kyrie, or both didn’t play. The one where they played together is when they won. The record really favors the mavs if anything. If that all wasn’t enough then also realize the mavs changed their entire lineup after those regular season games. So they weren’t this contender team you see now until after those matchups.

That game 7 wore the wolves out. Ant looking like he was running through mud in the 2nd half. Kyrie’s off ball movement made a big difference.
They had a few days to rest, no excuses. Mavs went 6 games with okc too, wolves only went 1 more game with the nuggets

Edwards doesn't necessarily match up well with Luka and Kyrie. He has a quickness disadvantage against Kyrie and a size/strength disadvantage against Luka. Murray is a good player but he didn't have a clear physical advantage over Edwards in any way.
